Horrible experience. I've gotten cheated twice here
Time #1 I ordered a bacon burrito with extra bacon and extra eggs. They gave me hardly any eggs and NO bacon
Time #2 I ordered in the app and the app glitched and sent random food to a location I had never heard of. I was declined a refund even though I never got the food
The managers at this location are also rude and only concerned about speed. They dismissed all of my concerns. I hope management reads this.
I ordered the chili cheese hot dog MEAL and even specified 2xs that I wanted it to be the meal; I also ordered the cheddar peppers w/ranch I didn't get the ranch and the boy taking my order was RUDE. When I got my order I told the carhop I had ordered the meal and she said well they didn't charge it that way. Then proceeded to ask me if I needed the receipt and no apology or offer to correct the order.... smdh and no worries about telling me to escalate my complaints I did that too!
As for the food each day is different. The issue is why the female employees are allowed to wear shorts so short, it's sonic not a strip club. If God wanted everyone to see what's between your legs, he would have put it on your nose!
Blast machine broken again. Placed order online for 2 blasts, drive there and get told machine is broken again. Had to get a refund on blasts which will be refunded in a few days and oay again for a shake which isn't what we wanted. Pretty disappointed 😞
Ordered medium shakes, they were mostly whipped cream.

This particular Sonic at Whitney had several menu screens disfunctional, and the cost of tots and a drink seem to be pretty high. Service was friendly.
Typical Sonic. But this is near home. Usually get drink or icecream. Always get good service.

I order cheese sticks all the time. No more! They taste exactly like the onion rings and I don’t like their onion rings. Brady & Mikey are both cocky and rude. Ashley needs to pay more attention to what’s going on and be there when she’s clocked in.
