Manager name Sarah lied like she would replace my whole order after I tipped the server 12$ 2 days before! This place has the worst service they make your food how they won’t not the customer!! 0 Stars!!
I have only one issue and that is the new turtle truffle nut blast. They need to take it off the menu. The Snickers Blast was your best and you replaced it with this disappointment. The pralines are so hard that you can't taste the almonds, it was a lot of work to eat a dessert. Go back to the drawing board or just bring the Snickers Blast back. I waisted $5.68 on some trash.

While I'm sure this particular store has no control of the app that sonic provides, so they say, they did nothing for the inconvenience I had to go through just to get a refund.
I gave a $5 tip for the fast friendly service!! Husband in the hospital starving for 2 days & the double-meat bacon cheeseburger was inedible, even to him.
This Sonic has grown with our area. It’s been there as far back as I can remember. It’s always clean and well lit at night. Very safe and fun spot to grab a quick bite.
The burgers we got were either cooked to long or sat for a while maybe? They were dry. No juice at all came out of them. I usually just do cheese and pickles. I had a coat it in ketchup. They were not busy either when we got them.
I’m chalking it up as they had an off day. We will go back and try again. This visit just wasn’t that good.

The location on hacks cross in Olive Branch is always so quick and I'm happy that they are because I only get 45 minutes for my break. No matter who brings me my food they are always so polite and I don't feel rushed either . Great customer service

We started out just driving around Olive Branch looking for something new. Ran across this little joint. Nothing to look at from the outside but the parking lot had several cars se we stopped. I had the steak burrito and my wife had the street tacos.
Lots of booths with tons to see. Everybody was friendly. Had hot chocolate and cookies at the door for customers. Even had a free gift when checking out!
