The service here is always excellent! I never caught her name, but the young lady who calls everyone queen haha. She has served me twice in a row the last two times that I went and her service was excellent! Really made my day
Their service is always excellent! We love the app specials and discounts. On today's visit, there was no ice cream in the middle of our Blast, so I called and they credited us the medium blast, no questions asked (I had pictures, just in case). Excellent customer service!
They reuse their ice cream. I ordered 3 medium blasts, and they gave me 2 small and 1 medium. When i told them, they took the blasts they had already given me back! Who does that? Everywhere I've gone and there's an inconvenience, they let you keep the food as it's unsanitary to 'give it to the correct customer'. Sonic is the only one I've seen do that. I'm quite disgusted and disappointed because I've been there many times for ice cream and now dont know how many times they took it back from someones car.
Took a couple bites from the most disgusting burger i have ever had the displeasure of trying. 1/2 off cheeseburgers after 5pm on Tuesday.. cuz they use rancid meat? Certainly looked, tasted, and smelled that way. Absolute shock when I got home. Not to mention being prompted for a tip ahead of time when using the app to order. I tip for additional services such as being waited on, having my messy table cleaned up, and even if I enjoyed the food I will tip even more. Tipping for take out before you even get to try the food and see what kind of service you experience is just flat out ridiculous. Never gonna get another burger from here again, might only be good for slushies.. but I have a raspa stand much closer to my house. By the way, the service i experienced was about a 14 minute wait and having the server take my bag to the wrong stall # (how does that even happen) then sneeze on my bag of food that was slightly opened for some reason (maybe when they took bag to wrong car it was opened) so yeah, no more tipping I suppose. Probably no more sonic to be frank.
Love sonic but only leaving a review because Leah always helps me when I go, and talk about a positive, kind human being. She has the best customer service and deserves to be praised!
Worst experience. I was waiting for 2 drinks for over 10 minutes on drive thru. I had to get off. And my drink must have been sitting there for a while. Watered Down with hardly any ice. Manager get with it!!! poor kids! only 2 people working at peek lunch time.👎🏻
Terrible place all around. Online orders are still being worked on even though they were placed 20 min before arriving there in addition of 5-10 min of the drive there. It would take less time to order at another sonic further and drive there than the time it would take to get your food here. Now the food is mediocre at best. The drinks taste nothing like theyre supposed to and the slushies never have syrup in them, they are always white on the bottom. Thats not even the half of it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
