The tater tots were a bit on the cooler side and had gone stale. Hamburgers were really good, but we're a bit squashed. Service was excellent and staff were jovial but professional. Very quick order to pick up time.

I ordered a Hand-Mixed Master Shake Oreo Cheesecake and REESE'S peanut butter, a vanilla shake, and a M&M Blast. I received a crumb of Oreo, with chunks of nut in a vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter or cheesecake flavor let alone reeses at all. The vanilla shake was fine, because it doesnt overwhelm staff with one simple ingredient when they're completely empty in the parking lot. The M&M Blast contained PLENTY of Oreos! Although Oreos weren't even asked for it. So guess what they do when I ask for a small tiny cup of crushed Oreos, they deny my request and say a substantial amount was put in. Are you sure about that? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 But they completely replace the whole M&M Blast that had oreos in it like that would be a bad thing? TL;DR Terrible attitudes; Poor customer satisfaction; Slow service; Poor management; Customers do not come first even though it was proven management was in wrong; You get paid way more than people who scrub vomit and feces off of floors in schools. Do better and care about your establishment and it's guests!!!

Service was really good. But not a huge fan of them simply being out of chili when that's almost exclusively what I order lol. But the person working the drive thru was solid.

The food is normally pretty tasty but a bit more expensive than the other competitors. Most of the carhops are friendly. It's a great place to pull your car up and have a meal or snack.

The food is delicious and the ice tea is so freaking good!!! I'm a tad addicted to the ice tea. The employees at this location were friendly, and our food came out pretty quickly.

Ordered on the mobile app, they brought my food out within 2 minutes of pulling up. Opened it and started to eat, there was a hair in it. I pressed the button and told them there was a hair in it. The manager came out with new food, was very passive aggressive. I drove off because I didn’t feel welcome. Opened the new food… just for there to be any other hair.

Sat in the stall for approximately 6-8 minutes. Finally figured out what We wanted. Pressed the button, & was informed that stall wasn't working, & that We needed to move. They missed the Sale. We tip well, it would have been better Business for them to come out, met us at Our window to get the order. Would have Double tipped. We moved, right out the exit...

This place sucks.! I asked for simple cheese fries and this gummy dry mess is what they gave me.! A melted slice of cheese instead of nacho cheese.! What a joke.! I’m so mad because I haven’t ate all day and wanted to treat myself to cheese fries and this is what I got what a disappointment I wasnt even tripping that the customer service was lacking but when I got my food it was garbage 🗑 just throw the whole place away.! Will not be back.! Should have followed my first mind and went else where.!
