Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Little Rock - 12214 Westhaven Dr, USA

I’ve never experienced issues when ordering throughout the day so I need help with the night shift. First, does this location close at 11pm? If not, please consider updating the hours for customers. Second, does this location only take in app orders after 10:30pm? If so, why does the app advise this location is not taking orders? If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me if I’m wrong. I didn’t complain my first visit bc I wanted to give Trayvon a second time to turn my experience around. However, tonight, my experience was the same. My issue is, if the website says this location is open until 11pm, why are the lights off when customers pull in? Why am I unable to place an order at the stall? Tonight I watched several customers drive off bc Trayvon said this location only takes mobile orders after 10:30pm and to order in the app but it was turned off and we were unable to order. I’m irritated! My daughter works across the street so there are times I’ll stop by on the way to get her when this location is open after 9pm. I’ll leave early and go to David’s burgers to avoid poor service.

The last few times I’ve tried to go here almost half of the stalls were out of order and online mobile ordering is turned off. Service is very very slow. *** UPDATE: Since my initial review I have visited a few times and the service has vastly improved! I think there is a new manager and you can tell he is passionate about his job and restaurant. Great job!

Given the fact I am very emotional at this point when the assistant manager James brought my food out with a smile it really lifted my spirits 😊 this is what customer service with a smile is. Thank you for your hospitality and smile today thank you Mr.James

Tenders don't look the same anymore and small. They forgot the gravy with my chicken dinner. They put too much sauce on my burger and dripped everywhere. No salt or ketchup on my bag.

Does a young man by the name of Kevin looks like he's no more than 161718 I had a young lady to bring me two cups of ice out only half full two route 44 cups only to be half full he came to my rescue he filled my cups up he told me to have a nice day he was sweet he was kind and that's what Sonic needs more people like that not that the young lady did anything wrong it's just that the review I would have gave he trumped it by taking care of that. Date Night Blasts from Sonic! And...as you can see, she loved it! The Trick or Treat Shake will surely satisfy the highest level of sweet-tooth you could possibly have! WOW! So it’s $1 chili cheese coney day so I bought one… dude comes to my car and delivers my hot dog after a long wait—-no napkins or forks.. on a chili cheese coney! No big deal, I press the button to ask for the missing items. No response… wait 5 min.. pull out my phone and write this review, still no response by the time I’m finishing writing this and pulling out. . Absolutely unacceptable
