My family and I are just now recovering from food poisoning that we got from this place the other day. The staff were amazing although they did forget our marinara sauce, that's besides the point. We were even given a free small order of fried pickles with our order. It was the only public place we ate that day so please check your cleaning habits, food storage, or whatever the problem is. This was a great Sonic but after this we won't be going back.
Friendly service we just ordered drinks. They hit the spot. Car hop was friendly.
Second visit not so good ordered jumbo popcorn chicken. Got a bowl full of breading. Only 3 actual pieces that had chicken in them but they were hard. The tots were fresh. TERRIBLE CHICKEN.
Great food and very friendly staff. This Sonic in Dothan, Al is one of my favorite Sonic's. The staff is friendly and the food has always been fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The parking areas are clean and the order menu is always clean and updated.
The location is a little run down, but the employees are always nice. The machines seem to be messed up pretty regularly. They were working last time I was there though. Wish this one of had a drive thru. We had to cross park to get some drinks because we had a trailer.
Went and got a milk shake double cheese burger combo lg cheese stick and a frito burrito, it took 20 mins for you to get us our food. Didn’t have the burrito so she went back to get it never smiled wasn’t really friendly seem annoyed. we just left after being there almost 50 min bc no one is answering call lights and we never saw our carhop or our food. I also just had surgery and that’s a little disappointing bc I was super hungry.
Food was nice and fresh. Got the sauced popcorn chicken.. Definitely not as good as the boneless wings i remember them having in Panama City. Jalapeno poppers were delicious.
I know inflation is bad but if your gone charge for jalapeños at least put more than 4 on it 😅
Slowest fast food place I've ever been to. Took almost 8 minutes to take my order then another 23 minutes for them to bring my food to me. Then I get home and my condiments weren't in my bag. The car hopper wasn't that friendly at all so they just loss my business.
