I REALLY don't know why we try. This is the THIRD time they have messed up our order in some way and tonight was of course no different than any other time. We ordered two meals and 3 Jr burgers and a side of fries. They missed the fries (which they fixed when we asked) and as we got home, we noticed they missed the MAIN part of one of our meals. When we got back to tell them, yes they fixed it, but Zaia, the RUDE girl with the attitude at the window had NOTHING to say. I didn't expect anything except maybe I'm sorry for the inconvenience...but nope. Just her little attitude. She should NOT be working in the window there or anywhere with that attitude. Especially when I asked her name.

My little one and I enjoy having this Sonic in Forney particularly for the outdoor playground! He loves the sand area. They playground area could use some maintenance with regard to the sand area and mulch. Needs a little freshening/sprucing up. Otherwise, it’s great and the ample tables under the covered awning are great for hot days. Michael delivered our food less than 5 minutes from me ordering. Order was correct and he was friendly.

When the manager doesn’t hesitate in correcting your order you have to give them five stars!! Great service and extremely satisfied…out of all the sonics we go to this was by far the best! Highly recommend.

Came here and Ordered Fried pickles. They awere good. I ordered a burger for my husband and I and it was absolutely sloppy. So much Mustard on the burgers that the bread was super soggy. Fries were just ok. Didn't realize until we got to our destination and didn't feel like going back. $21.00 just to throw the food away.

I ordered a banana shake from there and didn't think I needed to ask for fresh banana because the description sounded like they made it with fresh banana but they didn't. They used something that tasted like Laffy Taffy imitation banana. So gross. I ended up throwing it out.

I’ve tried this place 3 times now. The first time I really enjoyed and the next two time’s absolutely not. I went on two separate Friday evenings. The wait was extremely long and customer service just bad. The last time we went we waited nearly 40 min for our food. When we got to the window they only had half our order. Instead of fixing it they made us pay through two transactions and that’s where the long wait came in. We didn’t get our food for nearly 40 mins they let everybody get their food before us and the crew looked so irritated just to be at their job. The Worst customer service.

Usually do fairly well but today I got home and this is what my chicken strip meal looks like. The gravy was left open so it all spilled out and there’s a small hair or something on the gravy. Unfortunately I have to throw it all out because my kids don’t like gravy and I asked for fries instead of tots.

online menu differs from location. Fast and friendly service. good place to take the kids to play while waiting to eat. overall usually a nice experience.
