Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Lafayette - 1211 Scottsville Rd, USA

For fast food, they are pretty solid, had corn dogs again. This time fully cooked through. Service is 5 starsz but some of the touch screens are broken making it so i cant tip or difficult to pay.

Couldn't wait till it cooled. Every bite hurts so good. Makes me wanna go to Sonic & get poppers & mozzarella sticks... mmm 😋

I pull up to take my order and I was greeted nicely . But as she greeted me I realized my card was not in the right place . So I got stuck looking for it forgetting to respond to the lady. Not even 2 seconds later she is screaming “ HELLO? HOW MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER ?!?! . So I pulled off into a different lane hoping to get a different person. I did but the runner for the food was rude too. I ordered a #1 medium with a Powerade . 2 ultimate meat cheese burritos. M Dr Pepper no ice and a plain jr cheeseburger . All I got were the drinks the two burritos and a plain sonic burger . Morning shift crew is rude as hell. The people on night shift seem nicer . I work at fast food. I know it’s frustrating when the costumers don’t respond right away but as an employee myself I’ve leaned not to get frustrated and tell them “ let me know when your ready.

This location has consistant quality of food and customer service. This is one of my fav places to go.

The time before last that we went, they never brought out our order. For a while the touch screen said our order was on the way, then it cleared completely like we had received our order. There weren’t even that many people there and nobody around us that they could have gotten our order mixed up with. After waiting for a while we just drove off. Then tonight we went and got two drinks and one mini strawberry cheesecake master shake. As soon as she handed me the milk shake I could see that it was completely watery. For whatever reason I still took a sip and it was warm. We have drove off disappointed from this place so many times. Safe to say we are done with sonic.

Hamburger didn't have a good flavor at all. I asked for onions on my burger. I got one tiny piece of onion. The person taking my order couldn't understand what I wanted on my burger. It's not the first time this has happened!!! Probably won't be going back to this Sonic!!

The Lafayette Sonic has got better. The service is super nice. Its delivered in good time. I work at the Pig, next lot down, i can have 5 mins left before i got to clock back in from lunch and ill order a large drink. Theyll have it out to me fast enough for me to get back and parked and walk in and clock in. The food is much better than westmoreland. I love Sonic its a great place to take the kiddos. Plus its the only place you can get a chili frito pie. 🤤

My boyfriend got a blast with barely any candy in it and it wasn't even mixed. Our server Emma was very rude. The manager was even more rude. We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Edit: number was called and a complaint was filed. Thank you.
