Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Aurora - 11658 E Colfax Ave, USA

I love making a stop at this place for a quick bite or to get one of their limeades (cherry one is great). 2pm is start of happy hour and you can get some drinks at half price, i think. Service is not the greatest or fastest, but I have not had much to complain about in the times i have been there. Although the last time I was there, there were no benches or places to sit outside, so that was a bit inconvenient. In any case, not a bad place for a quick bite or a drink. Plenty of parking and rest access to Colfax.

The is a decent location in a kinda seedy neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Food was hot but delivered on end so the chili cheese tots were sliding out of the container. Server was probably not paying attention. Landscaping was better than most Sonics..

The lady who works the drive thru in the evenings here is so nasty. Unbelievably so. Ordering on the app should be more convenient but she makes it so difficult. I experience issues here I don’t anywhere else. She’s rude and impatient.

I haven't been a big Sonic person. I came to this Sonic, and started getting the Double Cheeseburger with Tater Tots and it is so good. What brings me back are the tater tots! They're so good! I hate to give them 3 stars for service because there is an employee there who has great customer service skills. However, they have their share of employees who are dull and rude. Overall, the food is good.

Sonic is good for a fast food burger. They can be a mess to handle sometimes but a good burger. Though not much variety on food. The drinks however the rock. Slushy to sweet tea to shakes. They are all good. It's a drive in so not much in the way of seating. They're pretty clean. Staff is friendly, not too bright sometimes but friendly. On par with every other fast food place when it comes to prices.

This is not the first time I have and issues with this place.. employees some of them are rude.. is like they don't even know what's coustumer service... last time my shake taste like is was bad like the milk was bad it was nasty... and today I got a 5 dollar sandwich and like really 2 slice of bacon 2 slice of jalapeno and bearly any meat on it.. and you guys really need to start learning how to say please and thank you..

Just took a little longer then normal to get what we ordered but still a great place to eat out at.

The chicken strip dinner that I ordered came out right away, and was old and nasty. It looked like it was from the day before. I asked for a fresh one or money back and she rudely brought out another meal. It was almost as bad as the first even though Adriana, the manager, said that she herself had just made it fresh. She told me she’d give me my money back since the second one was gross too. She then told me it would take ten days for my money to return to my account. I still had to go buy lunch somewhere else. I asked for cash and told me to leave. This is the worst service you could possibly give a customer, and I will never return to this sonic as long as Adriana is the GM. I would appreciate an apology and my money back before ten days passes.
