Carhops are rude as can be. Might as well just snatch the money out of my hand, and spill my drink all over me. Literally, their wait time is always going to be 7-20 minutes whether it’s just a drink or a single meal. All of my experiences have been with less than 8 cars eating or waiting.
Giving two stars bc by the food was warm and decent. The order taker couldn't get the order right to save her should though. The food got you the second star yall. Do better.
Everything was really good, the service was awesome! I got some pickle fries 🍟 and a hot fudge shake, it was all good.
I have never gotten my food so fast at a sonic! These workers were killing it! They done a fantastic job! Whole order was correct. We got five meals and three milkshakes in under 10 minutes!

I was very excited when I saw that the grilled cheese double burger came back, so I decided I was going to get Sonic for lunch. Brought my food out, I left and went home. Tell me... does that look like a grilled cheese double burger to you?! 😠😠😠 only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because I've been to this sonic numerous times, and had no problems, and will likely be back in the future. But this needs to be addressed.
In general Mediocre... I do like the ease of ordering on the app! This particular location (Shawnee, Hardesty Rd) was very helpful and nice.
This was my worse experience at a sonic. I asked for an all beef hot dog and I received a plane hot dog no topping no napkins just plane, bun and a .50 cent winny dog. Unfortunately I was driving through so I didn't get a chance to turn around and my order took very long, not only to order it but to receive it as well. I noticed nothing but what appeared to be teenagers at the drive through window.
We dined in. The restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. We come for the super thin, crisp burgers and frozen custard. I love to add reeses pieces to my frozen custard.
