Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Vidor - 340 N Main St, USA

This location has really gone down hill. I couldn't understand order taker and he couldn't understand me. Everything that I ordered showed a different item on the screen. Then worker quit responding. Only 4 cars on site. Another customer had to get out of car to order from walk up. We ended up just driving away to DQ

I think Sonic would be ashamed for how this place is being ran. Just sad. Horrible service. "______ isnt working" is always the line. Watching multiple people with red buttons sitting here for 45 minutes without even an order being taken. As im actively watching them just clear our buttons out. And geeze take care of the place. Yalls sign has been out for a month and the concrete looks like the floor of a dirty movie theatre.

Everyone was very nice, even though were busy, and I waited 35 minutes, they were able to cancel my drink order and bring me a receipt. The only complaint I have is the could have at least let me have my drink instead of throwing it in the trash, because I waited 35 minutes. That's just good customer service no matter where you go, if the customer has to wait over 30 minutes, you give them a refund and the product they're waiting on. But I understand they have policies, and everyone has to follow the rules, I just wanted to make that clear.

I had the best Sonic burger, EVER! The meat was cooked, but not overcooked, the vegetables were fresh and the buns were not crushed.

Waited 4 minutes at the speaker and never ordered. Yes I could touch the speaker with my hand. Was told they only had 3 people with headsets taking orders. There were very few cars in the stalls.

We were at the drive-in and ordering the food was pretty fast but when we ordered they missed one of our meals so we had to order separately for the extra meal they missed. I also ordered a croissant meal and when i got my food they had a piece of lettuce in the croissant that was not with that meal... other than that, the food was good.

When u want take out and pull into sonic thinking that your going to have a decent meal and instead u get screamed at and told we’re busy so I’m in a hurry and your food and drink is shoved through the window at you then u go back just thinking 🤔 it’s some worker having a bad day , only for it to happen again, except they don’t bring out what u order and when u ask for them to Please get what u asked for they just say have a nice day and walked off!! I would say this SONIC needs a complete makeover workers and all !!! I know NOT all of them are bad but I can tell u that ALOT of them are RUDE!!!

We got there a little after 3 pm ordered my food , then ordered an online drink from someone else in the car she got her drink 15 mins later meanwhile my food never came out so we asked someone that worked there how long will it be they said there was no order at all so she took my order again and we were still waiting for longer we waited about 45 mins in total so we left I know they were busy after school but we should have never waited that long for our food .
