Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Anniston - 730 Noble St, USA

We visited Sonic a few weeks ago through the sonic app. When we arrived, they were slammed with orders. A car hopper named Nicholas was going above and beyond rushing the orders out quickly and correctly. Nicholas has such an upbeat positive high energy that is contagious. When he approach our car, he read out our order without missing a beat. He was super nice and made our overall experience the best ever at Sonic. Since that night, we have been occasionally visiting Sonic at that location only because we really love the service that Nicholas gives us. A couple times we didn't get Nicholas we got someone else, they are great too, but no one compares to his wonderful personality. You can clearly tell that he takes great pride in his job and he really enjoys to be there. Tonight we came prepared, and was able to bless this man with a 10 dollar tip. We wish we had more to give, because he deserves blessings on top of blessings. I hope this guy gets everything he wants in life. If you ever get a pleasure to meet him, you will definitely see what I am talking about! Sonic please give this man a raise!! The food was great too!

They have the Buffalo chicken bites in a 20-piece box. I'm glad they decided to bring them back. They're great as a snack or meal with ranch dressing & chili cheese tots..

I've been here multiple times for my lunch break and never had a problem. My last visit, i was trying to order a small drink but the speaker had went out. An employee came out and asked me what did i order with an attitude and i repeated. Then i waited more than 20 mins. It doesn't take that long for a drink to be made and the place wasn't packed. Then i saw the same employee walk out of the kitchen area with no order in hand so i left. Sonic is usually good to me but i guess it was a bad day that day.

Customer service was good until I pulled forward to pay for my food. Two of the workers were outside playing with a dog that was licking their hands. I immediately got out and asked for the manager to tell them what had happened. One of the guys that was petting the dog said he was the manager and I told him I was getting ready to report him. But since he’s the manager it is very unsanitary to be playing with a dog then went straight in and started fixing food. Very disgusting and nasty!

This location is way better than Pell City with friendly people, good hot food, and timely service

I have always loved Sonic! Their drinks have always been unbeatable. The drinks were not as good as usual, but, I would chalk that up to a single incident for me. The carhops are so nice. They came around and checked on us with a smile on their face!

I had given this place a 2 star rating because I had a bad experience there. I went back today & gave it a second chance. The order was wrong but the carhop was nice about changing it. It took a bit longer than I wanted to spend there (42 minutes)because I was in a bit of a hurry. Once I got my food and my employee got her food we were both very pleased at how hot the food was and it was very well put together instead of just a sloppy mess like last time I went. I'm going to give it 4 stars because the carhop was nice & it was pouring rain on him because the wind was blowing hard so the roof was no shelter and the food was great.

Received my food and drink. The toast in my order looked like they dropped it and proceeded to place it in my order so i threw that away along with the other food in fear it was all dirty. Little dirt and hair pieces on it. My cup looks like it was pulled from the garden with dirt on the bottom.
