Victoria was very helpful and kind! Thank you for all your help! We had been on the last night of a two week long vacation. When we arrived, we were tired and exhausted from the long drive. We asked Victoria if she could try to find a room that might be quieter. She took the time to try her best to find a room. We had the quietest night!

Victoria at the front desk welcomed me and my family and upgraded our room for us so we would be more comfortable! She explained how the facilities worked for the laundry because we had to download an app. There were barbecue grills out front so me and my family could barbeque outside and enjoy our stay even more!

Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Price was reasonable. There was a recliner and one desk chair so 2 could not eat at the peninsula at the same time. Only one side of the bed had a table and light. There was no tissue. The laundry machines didn’t work well. Desk clerk saved me.

Terrible wouldn’t be the word I’d used but a slight upgrade between terrible and poor, my first night upon checking in no one was at the front desk. As you come in it feels as your checking into a motel 6. Once I was able to find the guy to check me in he gives me my keys and I proceed on. I attempted to enter the room it was occupied already by a couple who was upset that I entered the room. According to the front desk the room in question was suppose to be vacant. This caused a slight commotion between myself and the husband. Once that was settled I was giving keys to another room. As I entered I felt really gross it felt dirty and dusty, I instantly became itchy as I laid on the bed. The room smelt terrible as if something was left in the fridge, I checked the fridge and it smelt terrible and someone turned off the cooling I adjusted the cooling to make everything cold again. The following morning I took a shower and happened to check the draws in the bathroom, turns out there was dirty towels I. There and used tooth brushes. This led me to believe that house keeping just made the bed and moved on. As my third day there I needed new towels and asked the front desk if housekeeping will be entering the room, I was told housekeeping is not available and if I need towels to bring my dirty towels to them and they will swap out with new ones. The only housekeeping that is done is if you leave your trash outside your room. This property felt like a run down extended stay, no equipment to cook besides a pot, I asked if other cooking equipment is available and I was told “purchase some from target and return before you leave” really bizarre if you ask me. Front desk is barely manned by anyone besides first thing in the morning and throughout the afternoon. My last day was the first time I saw someone at the front the whole time, I’m almost positive overnight staff goes into empty rooms and sleeps. I.needed toilet paper and. One was at the desk. I picked up nearby phone that’s connected to front desk cell phone to ask, person sounded like I woke them up, I have stayed at other Sonesta locations across the states and this is the worst experience ever!’!! Go stay at the Hilton in 5 mins from here.

Positive: "" Negative: $5.00 parking charge, which was never mentioned before. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Top sheet on the bed was "worn" and had a rip in it. No regular coffee, office only had decaf. Food crumbs on carpeting.

Victoria was an extremely pleasant lady! She was kind and helped us out throughout our stay! The room was very clean and very welcoming! Victoria answered an explained every question we had from the laundry facilties app to the workout machines!

I choose extended stay type hotels to accommodate my family. Suites assist in giving the separate bed room from the living area. I am very disappointed in this place. The room was very dirty and stains were all over the couch and the floors were cracked. I don't get how they have a 3 star rating. It needs major updating and cleaning. My family and I choose not to stay, we left as soon as I saw the room. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a hotel room. Get it together Sonesta Simply Suites near Naperville, IL. How unpleasant.

This hotel should be shut down immediately to be honest. Being that me and my wife are from Schaumburg, IL a few years ago we moved out of state. We were visiting back home to introduce our newborn to the family, so we booked our stay at this place. Since we are from here we know Naperville, Warrenville, Wheaton are considerably nice areas. So we’re thinking our stay would be pleasant, wrong!! The ppl at the front desk are rude, unprofessional and like to go back and forth with customers. From the time we checked in we had problems. So after the receptionist from hell encounter, we make it to our room 142# last name Smith. The room were not very clean , stains were everywhere, shower had soap scum all around the facet, towels looked used and folded back up and carpet looked not to be vacuumed. The kicker was when I went to let out the couch bed to lay our newborn down. The mattress had dead insects of some sort rolled up inside, the mattress front and back as well as the frame was covered in Mold, completely disgusting. There is more but I feel I have wasted too much of my time on this dump already. We are Hilton Honors members that’s where we normally stay, I was trying to save a little money this trip and got burned for it. Just pay and extra $40-$60 bucks to stay somewhere pleasant and have a piece of mind. I do not recommend.
