I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for many reasons. It has a very calm and cozy atmosphere that is perfect for family or business. I would like to give a special thanks to Nehal Taha and Sara William for making me feel welcomed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I walked into the lobby and they remembered my name. They had know problem allowing me to check in little early and for that I was extremely thankful. They had everything I would expect from an upscale hotel. They have a lot of hotel options in the area and this will be the only I will stay at.I feel very safe at this hotel because only guest comes in and out. Another great advantage to this hotel it’s dog friendly. I am very thankful for the warm welcome I received and will most definitely return. I am happy to go home however I will miss this place. Thanks again

Positive: The only thing that was good was good about the hotel was the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. Negative: I arrived after 4pm and room was not ready. When I finally got to my room it smelled like smoke and I didn?t bother notifying the front desk because I didn?t want to wait for another room again. Front desk staff was not exactly welcoming either.

Poor upkeep in most areas. Pool was dirty inside and out when we arrived. I almost fell on the lounger due to it being so worn out. Saw mice running around outside in the evening. The sink in the room has plumbing issues and dirty water would come up and leave residue. Room service comes at a high fee and this is not disclosed. You have to ask for supplies or trash to be removed. The room AC seems to have a mind of its own. I would lower the temperature and the heater would turn on. Staff seems to be fine operating this way and apologizing for everything wrong.

Positive: The room was lovely. Clean, modern, comfy. Pool area was nice too. Hotel lounge super cool and comfy. The coffee served was spectacular. Negative: Parking/access to hotel combo is very awkward,distant,unpleasant for check in. Staff was somewhat snobby, but they pushed to be nice, I think they realized. Elevator painfully slow. Breakfast was not complimentary, it seemed it was advertised as such. Negative: ""

Positive: I absolutely loved hotel employee at the front desk very very helpful and super nice!!! Negative: You don't have microwaves in the room!!!! This was a huge letdown I have never seen a room without a micro!! This is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again!! Also there's an overpowering scent in the corridor's one level 2.

Positive: Location and pricing for what I paid for it. Negative: Room towels had hair from previous guest in them. Shower head leaked. Room had an odor. requiring me to run the AC.Yes, guest have to pay for parking to stay on the premises. Guest should park for free. This was not disclosed in the site at booking.

I was there in July 2024. I came into town because my wonderful father was very sick at the hospital and passed away July 11th 2024. We were there for almou3 weeks. The staff and the room was absolutely fantastic. We had our puppy with us and everyone loved her she was a hit. Staying 14 and half days. It was very convenient. They loved our puppy and they were very accommodating. I would stay at this Hotel any time in the future. So far I’ve stayed here 3 times, I’ve had a good outcome every time with this particular location. Staff is really nice and helpful! There’s also a microwave which is great. But the amenities in the room are bad. Really old small TV. No lotion. And the shower gel/shampoo smells the worst I’ve ever experienced. Seriously I had no idea what scent that is or what’s inside of it, but I was too scared to use it. Bring your own.
