The room was clean and comfortable. The lounge area was nice. The breakfast was really substandard. We paid $8/person and for that there were mediocre scrambled and potatoes. There were plenty of cereal boxes but no milk. There were yogurt and muffins locked up that you could not have. The coffee carafes were not labeled decaf or regular. There was no staff member to restock or answer questions. Terrible morning experience.

You definitely get what you pay for!!! This hotel was absolutely disgusting! Our room wasn’t clean at all. They changed our room 2 times the first room Towel hangers in the bathroom broken towels were on the floor, stained pillow sheets and I don’t think our room was cleaned or vacuumed. second room they put us in had a giant red stain that looked like blood on the floor right when walked in also not vacuumed The third room was clean, but it smelled and some of the channels on the tv didn’t even have volume. When asked for a refund they instead offered a free breakfast voucher and Something from their snack area.. Definitely do not stay here, especially if you have little kids our white socks turned black! Absolutely disgusting, However, the staff was super nice and Willing to keep changing our rooms they just didn’t have the authority for a refund.

Positive: The hotel was clean, modern and well kept. Hotel employee checked us in and out and was super personable. We appreciated his great work and kindness. Negative: The items in the hotel store were way overpriced.... come on now....And no continental breakfast.

The three-star rating is deceptive. When you enter the hotel into a very nice lobby and extremely nice air conditioning you get to your room and are met by heat and humidity. A dank smell that reminds you of old pets that have long been deceased but their urination remains. There is no continental breakfast and the waters from member's Mark cost $3. The TV in the room is 480p with a massive bezel. There is a nice balcony. There is a microwave and refrigerator in your room because they know you don't want to buy anything from them so you are going to be bringing food from somewhere else. The hotel would have got 2 stars but there was a Rolls-Royce parked outside for some reason so that gave it an additional star.

Positive: clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and check out Negative: The A/C in our room was not working real well and room was a bit warm. Also do not like the seat that was rounded and deep making it way to difficult to sit in. Location was ok, but no restaurants near by.

Not the hood but not great. It was a good deal 165 for 2 nights and would be worth that, with breakfast. Competing hotels had complimentary breakfast for same price I would have chose differently but I was mislead about breakfast. There is no breakfast. Also I booked two nights and have to constantly listen to this pounding noise nonstop hour after hour. It doesn't allow me to post videos or I would because I took one to share the unbearable bang bang bang bang bang bang of machines! I personally haven’t had any significantly negative experiences with staff aside from me over hearing them treat others unfavorably and disrespectfully as one reviewer said below seem inconvenienced to do their job. Thats kinda what I have also witnessed. I will add there were a few very friendly staff 1 being the GM that greeted me and a maintenance (i think) gentleman that was very friendly and asked how stay was. I gave 5 stars because breakfast was more Priceline's fault with misleading and construction noise is out of their hands

I wouldn’t recommend staying here! The outside area has an abundant amount of loose trash with an accompanying odor. The room was not clean - dirty shower and bathroom floor. The carpet area felt damp and the air did not cool the room below 75*. There are better places to sleep for the night with similar prices.

I will never recommend staying here to anyone nor will I be coming back here. The service is horrible, management is horrible and everyone here seems to have a terrible attitude about doing their jobs. I requested housekeeping come to our room and clean our room while we were out and about today and given the fact that we have a family of 5, trash buildup and needing toiletries is a necessity. I tried to contact the front desk from my room as instructed when I checked in, and come to find out that the phone in the room is physically missing the buttons to contact housekeeping or the front desk. I have had to go to the front desk to request towels, trash bags. Came back today from our day out and the room is still the way it was when we left, meaning housekeeping never came. I went to the front desk and was then told that they only clean their rooms every 7 days!!!!! The first day we checked in my kids were running barefoot and within an hour, their feet were dirt black!!!! Best believe I made sure to take pictures. There were cobwebs behind lamps and dust buildup and dirt behind toilets.,, but they clean their rooms every 7 days? Doubt it. We brought our concerns to the front desk and one older lady in particular was very very very very rude about our concerns and couldn’t be bothered by us. She looked like she was one of the managers too, which is absurd. This was supposed to be a family vacation getaway to destress and relax and if anything it has been quite the opposite. I’m so so disappointed in this place. We will never be bringing our business back here ever again
