The hotel itself is in pretty good shape, inside and the outer property is well maintained. The lobby is very welcoming and big with a great layout. Appearance score 5 stars. Customer service is non existent here. The Hispanic lady at the front is quick to brush you off regardless of what is happening. I have stayed at many Sonesta and all but this one was able to offer a solution of some sort to any concern or question. Not rating the other staff 5 stars because it appears to be almost the same training be as quick and as rude as possible without violating civil laws.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my son and I to check out the area before relocating here. I used the Dayuse app. The hotel was pretty and also under construction, which left me hearing a lot of noise while trying to nap after long flight. Sadly while getting in the bed I discovered the linen wasn't clean and the pillow case was gross. My son and I ended up sleeping on the couch because of this. I contacted the front desk before my nap and no one came to change the linen like they said because they didn't want to "Disturb my nap". They mentioned taking off a portion of the stay to appease the situation, again no one came to change the linen. While preparing to shower there were long black hair strands left in the shower as if it was never cleaned and later saw a blood stain in the floor. I was completely over it by this time and remember a front desk guy telling me they were short on housekeeping staff so this all made sense. Why put me in a room where it wasn't cleaned? I stayed in contact with the front desk and after this matter they only took off $30 for my stay with these cleanliness concerns. I sent photos via communication and that's all they were willing to offer. That's petty gross and low to not take full responsibility for booking a guest in a very unclean room. I've been calling to reach their General Manager for 3 weeks and no call back or follow up was made. I haven't received my room hold nor the refund back since then. I was left restless and feeling more unsettled then when I arrived. Thankful for their nice outdoor seating, it's where I was able to decompress and try to collect myself from this situation. This is a great location but there should be more attention to cleanliness and customer support when there are concerns. There are nearby hotels I'll consider before choosing this one.

This has been our go to hotel for the past year when we make our monthly trip to Dallas. Rooms are always clean as is the entire hotel. Beds and pillows make for great nights rest. DFW is a large area but for us this location is perfect. Staff is excellent. Always available, friendly, courteous and willing to help with any request. Shout out to Brian especially. Always a smile, very attentive and when we asked for a favor he obliged without hesitation. You just don't find this kind of person working other front desks in this area. See you next month!!

Close to the hospital, which was perfect because my daughter was having a baby. The room was super clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint is that I couldn't adjust the temp in my room. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Positive: the pool Negative: the room was dirty and dusty, cleaning service did not come to service my room for the entire 5 night stay. there was dog hair on the walls, carpet, it was disgusting, I would never stay at this hotel again.

If you are accustomed to your bed linens being changed daily and towels delivered to your room daily well this hotel doesn't offer that. Your room will only be cleaned after 3 consecutive nights of you staying here. The room comes with 2 small towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. If you need extra you will have to go to the front desk to request them. Set your expectations low. Real low...2 star hotel by far . Some type of insect like a centipede or millipede lurks around in the bathroom .I stomped on it and next morning there were two more of these insects crawling around. Our check in time was not as stated in the booking. We waited hours later before we could check in. After coming in from a three hour flight with luggage one can only imagine the dissapointment. Our room carpet was soiled from the prior guest and there was a commercial fan in the room that was annoyingly loud. This was all brought to both the staff and the manager on duty's attention but we received no discounted rate for our inconvenience. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

very clean lobby area/hallways/rooms! We were very happy and impressed with our stay for the price! The surrounding area was nice and quiet so if you care about peacefulness I would definitely recommend staying here! The front desk workers were welcoming and sweet, we will choose to stay here again when we come back to visit.

Loved the place. They have a good little commissary and a breakfast place with coffee. The room was pleasant and muted but not dark. It smells good too. I was surprised with what I got for under 100 bucks a night after taxes
