Sonesta San Jose - Milpitas - Hotel in Milpitas - 777 Bellew Dr, USA

We did our wedding reception at this Sonesta location, and the service they provided was very good. The ballroom was spacious, buffet service was also professional (we chose to order our own catering for food). They also provided complimentary guest room discounts and one wedding suite within the price package which was very competitive. It was a very pleasant experience. We worked with Jenny Tran who was very responsive.

Stayed here for a night for a work training and it was alright. Pros- the hotel lobby, and restaurant looked nice (I didn't try to eat thee though). Cons- The room we got was a bit dated and amenities were older. The shower pressure was a bit strong and the curtain didn't have a liner so the water went all over the bathroom floor.... If I were to pick again I'd stay at the Sonesta silicon valley hotel (smaller but much cleaner feeling) and similar distance from each other. Pl

The service was above and beyond. It started off with submitting request and next availability so it sounds like I wouldn't get my request fulfilled. The service from the sales to front desk to reservation all worked on my request and even sent a text checking if they can do anything to make my stay more enjoyable and i text back said connecting room and bada Bing bada boom the text replied " let me make those arrangements for you" and I felt so beyond excited to stay at this great establishment since they put customer first.

Very disappointing service. I have stayed with multiple Sonesta property, and have always been happy with their service, until today. I booked a room for my parent visiting from abroad, and when we arrive, all three elevators are not working. The staff at the front desk told us that they have no idea when the elevators will be fixed, and that we have to take the stairs with our luggage to our room. Since we booked a 6 nights stay, there is no choice but to take our 50lbs luggage all the way up. Overall very dissatisfied with how the staffs and the manager take care of this situation. No compensation of any sort were provide to us until we asked for it. (They were originally offering $15 drink coupon, which will be offered anyway when you check in) Probably will still go to other Sonesta, but won’t come back to this one.

No continental breakfast $30 for scrambled eggs and potatoes are refused to pay $30 I went to Denny's and got the same thing for $4.99. Customer service wasn't the best I experienced, as I still in hotels all the time.

Ask the price of breakfast before you go … we paid over $30 each for a couple eggs! We called ahead to ensure the hot tub was open… it was closed. Coffee maker in the room … not functioning. Went down to get lobby coffee instead … they took it away at 8am. Power outlets in the room …. Not functional. I give 2 stars because the workers were very friendly.

If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a like 👍👍👍. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The Rooms were clean and very functionable. The only thing that was a downfall, was that I think I got a bomb room. Because my hot water in the shower was only luke warm. I asked my coworkers if it was the same in their room . They said no, they had good hot water. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. And there's an amazing strip mall right across the street from the hotel. The asian grocery store is not to be missed !!!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The first room I was given was not cleaned. The second room I was given was much more clean however, therefore I could not order down to the restaurant after a long day at work. Hotel is nice enough the devil in the details.
