Checked into the hotel today everything is amazing. Evelyn Gonna be so lucky got us an early So got us an early check here and some accommodations because it was my husband‘s birthday. She is truly great !!!!|Customer service is amazing. Terrence just came to my room and fix my AC. He was also amazing. Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

I came here for a retreat with work and was impressed with the size of the rooms and the great views! I had a room on the corner so I had excellent views of north and east. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Check in was easy and we used the penthouse ballrooms, all of them were very nice. They offer 2 chairs on the beach each day, and towels for the beach. They also offer 2 free drinks and a couple other treat amenities.

We have never felt so blessed, cared for, and treated with love and respect as we did during our very first stay at the Sonesta in Ft. Lauderdale. From the Valet Team (JP, Ceasar, Ford) to Shenoya, who was truly our angel in disguise from the moment we checked in with Edlet, to the 12th-floor breathtaking view that will be etched in our minds forever, to the complimentary champagne, the free tickets for beach chairs, the drink vouchers, and the kind handwritten note in our room—this was the best experience we have EVER had in 20 years at any other luxury hotel, period!||Cory (the music man) and Patrick from Boston at the Steelpan were the kindest and most professional, with incredible bedside manner. Orlee was on point, keeping everything spotless, and we felt the TEAM culture from the entire staff. But Shenoya was the KEY!! We truly had an above and beyond stay at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale! The room was lovely with an unparalleled view and the front desk staff, most notably Rosa, were so personable and attentive. They saw to it that our every need was met. The location, beach and hotel pool were outstanding and we enjoyed every moment of each experience. |The restaurant was also wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our late breakfast and the attentive wait staff. |Whenever our travels bring us back to Fort Lauderdale we will be sure to book our rooms at the Sonesta!

Ms.Thomas and Jet were so friendly and amazing to my wife and I. I told their boss I think they definitely deserve a raise and I I hope he sees that they are a great asset to the Sonesta family! 10/10 customer service ,I would definitely stay here again. Everyone over all treated us so well !!! Definitely the real definition of royal treatment

Hotel was nice and clean; friendly staff. One issue was that one of our beds had a dip due to mattress usage. The did rectify this issue, but the mattress didn’t feel right. Other than that; we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

I recently used the valet service and had a wonderful experience thanks to Cesar, the parking attendant. He was efficient, courteous, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, Ricardo, the parking manager, was fantastic and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Their excellent service truly enhanced my visit. Highly recommend! Javier at the front desk was amazing, very polite, professional and extremely courteous.

Right in a quiet end of beach with shops and restaurants still nearby. Staff all were friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with our room key but they gave us breakfast to compensate. Very nice gesture. My only turn-off was $55 per day parking (steep) and having to pay for beach umbrella (chair was complimentary).
