The fantastic place to stay for Great value and a nice outdoor refreshing pool with decent clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The best part of this location is the complimentary breakfast in the morning. It is absolutely amazing compared to other free buffets I've had that come complimentary with rooms. Hands down this Buffett has such an amazing spread you will be shocked and tickled pink at the same time just like I was. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone traveling.

We checked in here 6/21/24 and when you walk in the front door, it looks fine. The elevator is clear so it may not be good for someone with a fear of heights. On the 3rd floor, there’s blood on the walls. We saw a cockroach in our room. The beds r comfy. Our bath tub was either dirty or rusting. The only good thing about this hotel was the food. The seasoned potatoes are good. The laundry is on the 2nd floor, but it’s hidden in a corner. Overall never coming back. It’s also next to the freeway, which is really noisy.

We did not have housekeeping one time during our 4 night stay. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The hotel was under construction when we arrived (we didn’t know) so none of the amenities were available. The pool shut down, no breakfast area, and when we asked , the front desk staff didn’t have any idea if there was going to be breakfast, or even if the washrooms were open off the lobby. Very strange. Location was a quick walk to downtown.

First they couldn't find my reservation & on the app it showed me like I was already checked in. The front desk guy didn't even try to use my reservation ID # he just checked me in again (was only charged once). But the main reason I chose this place was because on their website they say they are pet friendly. It says front desk will greet you with a PAWS welcome letter & complimentary dog treats (didn't happen) & the room would be ready with water dish, a feeding bowl & waterproof mat for use (didn't happen). Cozy pet bed...nope. I understand that they had been closed for like 5 months due to renovation so I thought that the rooms would be done...at least the that they were renting out. We still had grout on the bathroom floor & wall. The room was very small & with only 2 medium size pictures (one next to the tv & the other on opposite wall) voices echoed into the hallway. The TV was in front of the couch which would be ok if we sat on couch. & Did I mention there was only like 10 channels; 3 cartoon/kid channels, 2 Spanish. Smart TV wouldn't connect to YouTube or Netflix. The "micro" mini fridge barely held a gallon of milk n that was about it. The shelf that is supposed to be the freezer part of fridge was broken. & For some place that was recently under renovation the paint in the cabinet where the fridge was was peeling away. This was just some of the issues... I did email corporate n they said they were gonna talk to the hotel & get back to me so we'll see... The name is so misleading...I really thought that my stay would've been worth the money... Totally not... Should've just paid a couple dollars more & stayed elsewhere. Positive: the breakfast was good...potatoes were a bit dry but good... omelettes were a pleasant surprise & raspberry lemonade was a switch up from just oj or cranberry juice. (Didn't see any fruit though...i could've just missed though). My boyfriend went to go find the soda machine & came back with popcorn in a small popcorn bucket which was kinda fun thing to have.

Everything was great. Food and Service was excellent. The hot tub could have been hotter but the massage chair made up for it.

Positive: Less than one week before our reservations, we were informed our reservations were being cancelled as the remodel has not been completed. The only other comment was "sorry" with no suggestions for substitutes, etc. Very poorly handled by management! Negative: ""

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this updated hotel in Vacaville, CA, and I can't say enough great things about my experience. First and foremost, the location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the outlets made shopping a breeze, and it was incredibly convenient to pop back to the hotel to drop off bags or take a break. The recent updates to the hotel really stood out to me. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It's evident that they've invested in making guests feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It's not often that you find a hotel that offers such a variety of options, and everything was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. The staff deserves special recognition as well. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. All in all, my stay at this Vacaville hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can't wait to return for another wonderful stay in the future! Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
