Great choice near the airport, very close to the San Bruno BART station if you'll be taking transit. The rooms are clean, the kitchenette makes them very livable for an extended stay, and the rates are hard to beat for the region. The front desk staff are top notch and helpful; Stephanie helped us throughout our stay, and went above and beyond when we made a mistake during checkout. Would absolutely stay here again.
Overall great place to stay. If considering I would recommend it. Pros: Great location Friendly helpful staff Clean rooms 2 bedroom is like an apartment. Appliances, dishes, etc. everything you need. Grounds are well kept. Cons: pool hours are a bummer especially if you want to do a morning swim (opens at 10am) Access cards kept failing, time to find a new vendor? Other than that the place is perfect. A great clean place to stay for vacation or work.
Excellent place to stay. The suite was clean with a fully outfitted kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool was great with nice lounge chairs. The free breakfast had some great options. Free airport shuttle was prompt. The woman working the front desk on 7/10 was excellent, ensuring I got in a room quickly and came and found me on the property to tell me that my room was ready. My only con to this place was that the fitness center was not really a fitness center. A single treadmill, elliptical, and bike with one medicine ball in a small room that didn’t have any airflow. But as most don’t go to a hotel for the gym it did not impact my evaluation of this hotel. Overall, would highly recommend.
Do not recommend. If it weren't for the WiFi, I'd have thought I stepped back into 2002. Had a question for front desk & realized I was never given a phone number. Room service non-existent. Walls super thin. Slept like garbage & spent my entire stay in severe pain & exhaustion. Next time I'll just go to a motel. It'll cost less for the same quality.
Our flight got cancelled late at night leaving us no option but to stay in a hotel overnight. Unfortunately we chose the loudest one possible! The noise of the airplanes was loud but stopped around 1 am, thankfully! My biggest complaint is the leaf blowing at 7am. Extremely inconsiderate! The room and breakfast were nice and if you’re a sound sleeper this place will be perfect. Beds and pillows are comfortable!
Stayed in this hotel with a group of friends. The suite layout is convenient if you need to sleep quite a few people. The evening staff were not the most helpful when I called about the airport shuttle to pick me up and take me to the hotel. The rooms could do with some updating. There are not enough outlets for multiple people to charge their phones and other devices over might. Do not pick this hotel if you are a light sleeper because the planes sound like they’re about to land on your head. I managed to get a few hours of sleep once I bustled out some noise-cancelling headphones.
We stayed here the night before we flew out and again the night we returned. The good thing is it’s convenient and has a shuttle. The room was average but dated. The concerning thins was the first night there were two break ins of vehicles in the parking lot. The staff recommended we park out as close to the front door as possible. Thankfully are was not broken into while we were gone. .
Talk about a perfect 37 night stay! As a past Hotel Manager I view my stay at a hotel from a very professional point of view. I can't complain, there are no complaints. This was as perfect as we needed it to be. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The area felt safe and this was an amazing environment for our 4 year old. All staff were extremely pleasant and treated us like family. For 37 nights, not one incident. We met the most amazing people. I remember one evening walking through the BBQ area and being invited by other guests to join, eat and be merry. The icing on the cake was having at least 20 restaurants across the street, the bus and train station across the street, banks, Marshalls, Target, JCPenny and so many other stores right across the street. This was convenience overload. Again. Perfection. The pool was very clean and never packed. The surroundings were clean. Thanks again guys, Emi, Stephanie, Paul, Maria, all reception staff, housekeeping, pool, maintenance, Liz, everyone. If we issed you thank you!!!!!!

Iâd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I realized 4 star hotels with not even a microwave is such a rip off. Everything at this place is so perfect. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice staff, everything is just absolutely great. Breakfast
Arrived by car 30 minutes before closing. We had a parking spot right in front of the taco truck on the street. I found this place searching Google seafood restaurants near me! It was to my surprise that it was a taco truck! No worries, we ordered th

Our final meal in California and my cousin sister suggested Taqueria Mi Durango. So glad we tried this place. Each regular taco costs about $4 to 5. The Al Pastor and Fried Fish tacos are phenomenal and must order. Super highly recommended.
