Had a 2 Bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. The location is pretty good as well. Close enough to a main road but just far away enough that you don't hear a thing. All amenities in the room.
My dislikes are the following:
The communication is horrible. We spoke to the front desk before making our 3 hour trip to ask about early check in. They said our room would be ready for early check in. I got to the hotel and they said they never had that conversation. I was amazed.
Then they never said there would be a pet fee, we got there and they charged us $75. Wow!
The free breakfast is awful, and the kitchen staff is just as bad. I get that breakfast ends at 10AM, but do you really need to rush everyone at 10:05? Just leave the stuff out for a bit to see if it is taken by the guest.
All in all, not a bad space, and would stay again, but there is well to be done before this is a 4 or 5 star place
As soon as I checked in , and provided my $250 deposit on hold slip to sign; I was immediately advised not to throw any parties and the employee Francis, who is from Ghana in a very rude way. I asked why he only told me that and not the other groups of people that checked in with the same type of room that I have. I advised him that he made me feel very uncomfortable and he then told me in a condescending way that I shouldn’t take things personal and to make sure the room is clean before I check out. Also, he didn’t advise me of a parking fee that was $20 per day and I was advised when I checked out that I owed them a parking fee that I wasn’t told about at the beginning. I didn’t even know the guy and he was so rude to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
There was some confusion with check-in but that was simply due to the Sonesta website. The front desk agent was able to quickly resolve the issue and got me an early check in. Breakfast is great for the price (free) and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are decent. Super convenient location, all around a great spot to spend a month.
Room was clean enough but the front desk staff and buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. I would recommend a different hotel if you want the whole package, particularly professional customer service.
The experience here wasn’t anything as expected. We arrived early asking if it was okay to check in early, we weren’t greeted but given an attitude by the receptionist, saying there were no room available for early check in. This was Friday morning (May 17th). My husband sensed the attitude and got into a back and forth with the lady. Then, when we came back to check in, the room wasn’t available so we were changed to a different room where the bed was full size for both my husband and I to sleep in. We are used to king size beds but were at least expecting the queen which we booked for. Being that we were on the second floor, the 3rd floor had a party and as a result everything was trembling at 10pm Sunday night. They have a 2 slot electric stove for the room we didn’t book ever worse that the pots and pans are for gas stoves because they weren’t flat on the bottom for the electric stove to heat it up evenly. Went to sleep late cooking 5 days worth of food in a smaller stove than expected. I called the front desk and spoke to a gentleman Sunday night and no one brought other options for me to cook with. I had to shift the pans around the edges to make sure our food was cooked thoroughly which we needed to take on the road for us since my husband is a truck driver.
Room was really cute! Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the hot tub is down and we weren't told ahead of time and I was so looking forward to getting in
My wife and I were here last weekend for my birthday and as soon as we entered we were greeted with a negative attitude. As soon as I tried to see if we can get an early check in, the Hispanic woman in the front was combative. I didn’t even get a hello or good morning, just negativity. Aside from a bad start they had a loud party on the floor above us that kept us awake. To top it all off when I tried to wash clothes they didn’t have any quarters for the laundry machines, instead the person at the front desk told me to go elsewhere to get quarters. All in all my experience here was bad and from the looks of the reviews, I’m far from the only one that feels this way.
Nice little extended stay hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of parking near the doors. Rooms are spacious and nice. Complimentary breakfast in the mornings is good too. Hot foods available. Overall good choice.

First time coming here after a day at Mountain Creek, and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere when you walk in an inviting with great front desk aura. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we got our table, but that was no issue, and the f
