Stayed here during the college world series. Our air conditioning didn't work in the room and it was so hot, but when we informed staff they immediately moved us. The outdoor pool was nice. The room itself was old and in need of updating, however it was really nice to have a kitchen since we were staying for 4 days. We did use the stove/oven. The free breakfast was actually pretty good and the staff that ran the breakfast goes above and beyond. Location was a little different, behind businesses. Nearby deli was delicious. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Overall, due to the great staff, we would return.

When we arrived, immediately I got worried. The location is sketchy and heavily trafficked. The hotel grounds were overgrown with thistles and other weeds. We went to investigate our upper level room and found the downstairs room was wide open with a window broken. Our room smelt like cigarettes. The couch was sticky and the carpet had stains. I went to look upstairs and found a bug on the toilet paper roll. The receptionist was friendly and stated she would cancel the transaction after we showed her the bug. The transaction is still pending in our account. The pictures are deceptive. Do not stay here.

Excellent stay! We rented a two-level, two-bed/two-bath suite and it was fantastic. Huge vaulted ceilings, beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and comfortable beds. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. The morning breakfast was great. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pastries were available. We came to Omaha to visit the zoo and it was a very close drive. The outdoor pool was great too and perfect for a hot summer weekend like we had. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is not bad to stay at. Carpets are stained but whatever. Some of the people are very nice who work there. I stayed twice and both times was charged a deposit basically because I'm a local. This was over a month ago and they have not been refunded! I've tried contacting customer service and was only offered 2000 points. Mind you I brought my broom/vacuum there swept and vacuumed up after us. We made sure everything was put away and cleaned there. I just want my money back. And I'll never stay here again. Rudeness and theft isn't my favor attraction at a hotel chain

I made an unfair review on Expedia, so I wanted to leave a fair one somewhere. We stayed at this location a year ago as well as this past weekend. Based on our experience last year, we knew things weren't perfect, but the location and price were good, plus the room really wasn't too bad for a motel-type location. We loved having the kitchenette and breakfast was a great convenience. Unfortunately, this stay was not good. We booked for 3 nights and stayed 1. We saw some little bugs here and there, but I knew there was construction in the lower level, plus there are easy ways they can gain access to the room. The door didn't close super well, but it was alright. Everything looked well maintained. In the morning, we found several cockroaches, including some crawling in and around the coolers and food we brought. No food was opened, but I'm sure the smells from the coolers drew them in. I also found a flea in the bathroom. We decided to checkout because while i have lower standards for motels/condos, i cant do cockroaches. We did let the manager know and he didn't seem surprised but also didn't apologize. We booked through Expedia so we had to do a refund through them. The manager assured me he would do what he could on his end. We had issues getting the refund and subsequent attempts on my end were met with a looping answering service. I eventually reached them and we did eventually receive a refund. I'm disappointed because this is a fairly good place, but needs to determine a solution for bugs.

The building literally sets behind a shopping center. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The carpet was filthy and stained. The sofa was covered in stains. It had a nice kitchen area and the linens were nice and clean. Also the phone did not work and was never fixed. The building needs to be power washed and the siding is in need of repairs. It also appears that there are long-term guests and they creat a lot of noise. We could hear the person over us playing with their dog after 11pm. The reviews and website pictures are very deceiving. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

This booking was a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 213. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING. The entire 4 day stay outside of the bathroom was wet it never dried meaning there was a continuous leak coming from the door next to the bathroom. When we complained their maintenance guy never came to check on it or fix it AFTER 2.5 HOURS of asking for someone to check the leak. We figured it was annoying but we could live with it considering other reviews said worse things about other rooms. The wifi is also horrible everywhere since they have an open network. On our last night there was a storm that FLOODED half of the room. The kitchen area was soaked half the carpet formed puddles when you stood on it. The bathroom and the area outside leading past the bed had wet carpet. Our items were soaked. After further inspection most of the furniture had water damage from before our stay. When checking out before we could say anything the receptionist said "room 213? Oh, did it flood?" They knew about the issue and still booked the room didn't offer us a discount or a refund and just said "Yeah we have to fix that". You're better off in a motel, same quality but much cheaper.

My room smelled of mildew, which they graciously moved me to another room, which was inconvenient for me as I had my bicycle, food, etc. for a week stay. Garbage disposal in the new room didn't work properly, which they didn't bother fixing. Pool wasn't open the entire time I was there, although it looked inviting!
