Had a great experience with this place when we went down to see the Sugar Bowl on New Years. They gave us a free upgrade because we had a hard time reaching the front office by phone. People there were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location in the warehouse district. Plenty of places off the beaten path to go eat and drink. Very close the the National WW2 museum - which is a must-see if you stay here. Shower needs some better pressure, but other than that the room was nice. Would definitely stay there again!!
The staff was so generous including the managers. We had an incident occur while on our stay (not due to the hotel) and they were nothing short of comforting and understanding. Customer service is a ten and shout out to “Shawn” at the front desk. We appreciate all of you.
This was honestly a great stay! We came out with family. There was caring staff all around from the cook, valet, front desk, etc. I would def recommend the hotel. The rooms are also great and clean! And it is a great distance from the French quarter!
Cannot brag enough about the courteous staff and management at Sonesta ES suites. I have stayed here several times for buisness and pleasure. Every stay is phenomenal. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast food is incredible. I would recommend this hotel is to anyone!
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui était notre point d'arrivée aux US.
Les nuits étaient un peu bruyantes (petites soirées entre amis autour de la piscine jusqu'à minuit - 1h) et la réception pas très réactive mais nous avons malgré cela passé un bon moment.
Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse avec cuisine équipée, service voiturier pratique (car pas ou peu de places de parking dans le coin) et le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et copieux !
L'hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville mais c'est, du coup, plus calme.
Stayed for New Years and the Sugar Bowl. Can not complain about anything. The location was perfect the hotel itself was great. The young gentleman that was doing valet parking was very kind and personable towards our family. If I could give him 5 stars definitely would!
Enormous rooms with 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms and very large kitchen area well-equipped. Small issues include lounge too small for 4 people staying there! But good tv and warmth. Noisy one night but able to sleep through. Breakfasts seemed to vary during our 5 night stay- one morning bacon, another no pancakes? Disposable wrappings and crockery made it seem cheap but helpful to have with hungry children!
This is a really old hotel. The thermostats are hanging off the wall. There are dents in the refrigerator. Doesn’t feel clean or look clean. The room suits are nice with the kitten and sitting area.
We lifted up the matrices and all types of trash found including glucose meter. This is definitely a 3-star. Don’t ignore the other comments.
