Stayed here due to my dog needing specialty Veterinary care at a local facility. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and very spacious. The kitchenette is why I ultimately chose this location, and it did not disappoint! Really pleased with the location as it was walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only critiques I would have are…the breakfast wasn’t great, but I came in knowing that and prepared most of my breakfasts in the room. Wasn’t even a big issue. Noise from the other hotel guests and the pickle ball center across the street (that doesn’t close until late, around 10-11PM) was the bigger problem I had. I had to put headphones on to drown it out. Overall though, I would recommend this location if you’re wanting a friendly location to stay with big rooms and amenities close by. I’d return.

The room was nice for a long visit due to having a kitchenette with dishes/pots and pans, living room, walk in closet and bedroom doors for privacy. The walls were a bit thin and a few people in adjacent rooms had pets which you could hear.

We have stayed here multiple times yearly while visiting nearby family since the property opened. We were always pleased with the condition of the rooms and outdoor spaces and impressed that it was well maintained over many years. Sadly this may be our last stay. The room showed significant wear and tear, the landscape is unkempt, and the building exteriors are dirty and deteriorating. Never a luxury experience but it now borders on unacceptable. No soap by sink, only 2 towel sets (and there is no daily cleaning so two towels is all you get for the stay unless you go to the desk for more), and the already minimal hot breakfast buffet has been replaced by prepackaged cold offerings and over-ripe fruit. We will be looking for other options for our next stay.

This place doesn't deserve a star. It was the filthiest place we have ever stepped foot in. The customer service was non-existent, the first room they gave us was had the door open for who knows how long, and the second room.that was given to us had a cockroach, a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in years with stains and junk all over it, ripped furniture and disgusting countertops. We didn't even get to the bathrooms because we left and got lodging somewhere else. I cannot say enough how disgusting this place was.

Would not recommend to anyone- the pictures online are probably from 10 years ago as the building and rooms are outdated, deteriorated, and gross. We booked two different suites and encountered different but equally frustrating issues with each. We also booked through VRBO- not sure why they would allow this dump of a place on their website. For the first room, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the front door and stairway space was littered with cigarette butts, no effort by cleaning staff to even sweep them away. I tried to open the windows but two of the screens had holes in them which quickly let in insects, so we had to close up. Both showers had hair in them and miscellaneous hair around the bathroom. The paint around the bathroom was peeling off and there was clear issues with mold that they kept painting over. One of the pillowcases on the bed had makeup on it, not sure if the room hadn't even bothered to be cleaned or if this is how they come. We ended up only staying one night and then checking out early due to the smell and uncleanliness. They did return our money for the second night when we pointed out the issues above. For the other room- the other part of our group came at 6pm (check in is at 4pm) and their room still wasn't ready, had to wait 45 minutes to get a room 'cleaned' and then were put in a different building than us, despite the rooms being booked together an assurance that they could be next to each other. Their room didn't smell as bad as ours but still wasn't clean. The outside of the buildings clearly weren't cared for either. You could see the rot and mold and where they just kept painting over it. I felt bad because the staff weren't unfriendly but you could tell they get complaints a lot and like they almost know they're working for a shady place. Find another mid range hotel or spend the extra money and get a place where you can actually lay your head down.

Where to begin…|The carpeting was filthy, stained, and worn away in spots. The vents and exhaust fans were covered in dust. The furniture is cheap nylon/plastic and worn away in spots. There are no baking pans/sheets, and no toaster. The dishes and cutlery were used/dirty. The shower had horrible water pressure. There were stains on the walls. There is no breakfast to speak of, just a couple grab-and-go items. I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot almost every day. The cabinets were sticky/dirty. The microwave and kitchen sink handles were both broken. And to top it off there was black mold in one of the bathrooms.|Then, after check-out, Sonesta kept $333.25 for "pet fees" and cleaning (the irony!), claiming that my SERVICE DOG defecated in the room!! I of course told them that was categorically false and provided pictures of the suite from my check-in, PROVING that the carpet was already stained/damaged. They refused to give me my money back, even when provided with this irrefutable evidence. |Wrongfully taking money from disabled people? Do better Sonesta.|

This place doesn't deserve a star. Our family is involved in two travel sports, so we travel a lot. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stepped foot in. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel.|When we went to check in, we waited 5 minutes for the person at the desk to come back. She was miserable...no customer service...seemed pissed we were there. We got our room and when I went to open it, it was already ajar by a couple inches. No clue how long it was left open.|Needless to say, we asked for another room. She was even more aggravated now.|Entered our 2nd room, and we were taken back by how dirty and rundown the area was. Torn sofa cushions, filthy carpet, dirty counter tops, and the icing on the cake was the cockroach. Didn't even bring our stuff into the area...we left. We went to go tell the person at the desk and again, she wasn't there.

Walked in and it smelled sour. Sticky marks across the bathroom counter. Air vent had lint coming out of it. What appeared to be blood on shower curtain. Water marks across the walls. Couldn’t even bring myself to try to stay there. Asked to get a refund and didn’t get an argument. The grossest room I have ever been to in my life.
