We stayed here for 3 nights, arriving July 16, and departing July 19, 2024. We showed up early in the morning, around 8am.|Upon arrival, we were warmfully greeted by Mary and Smita. The warmness of their welcome matched the weather that day!! It was over 100 degrees! I told them about our horrible experience at another hotel about a mile away. They politely listened to me, and I could tell they genuinely cared, and were compassionate! I knew we were in the right place, before even seeing the room!|I pray that all places would have people like Mary and Smita working in the reception area. Our room was not ready yet, (check in is at 4pm) but we returned about 2pm, to not only have our room ready early, but they also UPGRADED us to a 2 BEDROOM SUITE!!|HALLELUJAH!! GOD IS GOOD!!|We entered the room, and after our thorough inspection, we were EXTREMELY PLEASED BY THE CLEANLINESS!!!|The bed, sheets, and blankets were all CLEAN. My wife and I ALWAYS clean any hotel room ourselves as soon as we get in. After cleaning the room, I am honored to say that this room was so clean, our cleaning rags nearly spotless. AMAZING JOB to the cleaning staff. Keep up the good work. So glad we found this place. The staff is friendly and helpful, pool area is nice with a grill and fire pit. The room was great, we got a 2 bedroom 2 bath king suite with full kitchen for cheaper than what most places were charging for a double queen room. Will be looking for a Sonesta anytime we travel from now on! Pics are from after our stay so pardon the beds not being made properly. Lol
They wrongly overcharged me one night and they are pushing back on refunding me my money. I cannot believe how poor and unacceptable is the customer service I am getting.
First of all, they unexpectedly charged me $75 at check-in as “credit” that would be returned at checkout if not spent.
I stayed 4 nights at the hotel and at checkout, considering my trust on them was limited after my check-in experience, I asked them to give me an invoice. In the invoice I got, the number of nights were right (4 nights) and the net total was -75$ in my favor since I did not spend any of the credit.
In the next few days, I did not only didn’t get the 75$ back, but they charged me $36 more dollars without giving any notice (I just saw it in the bank statement).
After following up with them several times on instagram and email, sharing evidence of the reservation details and the invoice I got at checkout, they are pushing back and saying that what they charged me is right. To justify it, they are sharing with me an invoice with one more night than I reserved and stayed for.
This is unacceptable! They are trying to over charge me a night that I did not reserve and I did not stay. And even after sharing all evidence demonstrating they are making a mistake, they are not showing any intention to revert it and pay me back what is mine. I am sad to have to use this channel but hopefully this will help getting some attention to this absurd situation.
Needless to say that I will never stay in any hotel of this chain again.
Don’t not stay here avoid at all cost. Lighting in rooms were horrible.Our carpet was sticky, the floor board by our kitchenette was sticky as well, rooms were musty even with the air conditioner on. I’m sure someone was smoking next to us. The front desk guy Bruce was rude. The guy you checked us in on Friday night was great though! There are so many other great options than this around the area so just save yourself a headache and possible a health condition and stay somewhere else please
Positive: The roominess of the rooms adequate for my large family. Negative: Need a small vacuum available for the room even if no housekeeping. Also would prefer light housekeeping at least every other day. (trash, towels,etc.)
Not the best experience. Our hallway reeked of pot, the coffee maker in the room was broken, the smoke alarms went off 4 times at 1am and no one would ever answer the front desk phone. People were just getting in their cars and leaving. The lack of communication and care for their guests was awful. If, after all that, you still want to stay. The location is nice. Plenty of food choices close by.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. First week my room was very humid but didn't want to complain until we all started getting sick. We thought it was allergies until my special needs son started having difficulty breathing. Turns out the vents were COVERED IN BLACK MOLD! I asked the front desk to be reimbursed for the week but they would not reimburse. They did however switch me to a different building that was more spacious for the second week. The new room was very nice but my son is still recovering from the mold exposure 3weeks later.
I am concerned that they did not shut down the other building due to health hazards being that the air ventilation travels thru the entire building.
The front desk started out very helpful but by the end of our stay a women I believe named Kyla started getting upset with guest for asking for towels for the pool. There were rarely any towels and multiple families complained about how rude she was. She was always outside hanging out with her friends instead of tending to the front dest. On more than one occasion when I needed towels for my baby and special needs son she complained and didn't want to give us towels so I had to take my 2 little boys in back to the room soaked and COLD.
THIS PLACE SHOUKD BE SHUT DOWN. They do not care about their guest or they would of shut the building down instead of risking lives.
I had a mixed experience.
The staff were all super nice, and the hotel room seemed clean... but I also had to kill four to five german roaches in my room during my two night stay. One of the roaches was already half dead and on its back, so I assume they do have some sort of pest control in place. When I told the desk clerk about the roaches at check out, they did take about $20 off the bill, but my wife is still concerned that we will bring them home with us, and did not sleep well during our trip because of her fear of the roaches.
The room also had a slightly odd smell to it. Additionally, the hinges on the bathroom door were lose, and you had to lift up the door a bit to get it to close.
The breakfast was good though.
