Positive: The room was very well appointed and comfortable. They layout was great. Breakfast was tasty. The exercise room was well equipped. Negative: The parking fee was unexpected and detracted from my experience. It's not that $5 a day breaks the bank, but it seemed underhanded that it wasn't made clear that the parking fee was not included when I made the reservation.

The room was clean and spacious. They also upgraded us to a suite which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included and had decent options. The staff was super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Our suite smelled like cigarette smoke. Also the staff had no idea what they were doing. The manager and front desk lady told us when we arrived that the pool was open for another week, then the assistant GM came out to the pool and told us it was closed a week ago, and that the water we were swimming in might not be clean. I paid for an early check-in, then when I arrived the front desk said they could not do that and that yesterday's staff that I spoke to just didn't know what they were doing?! After a brief argument they did find us a room. Overall this hotel seems mismanaged, and has poor communication

There was an issue of my reserved room, had to change 3 times. But the hostess was patient and accountable. The hotel is clearly under renovation. My final room was nicely decorated, a homelike feel. But the cleanliness was way below sub-par. I was disappointed; dirty bathroom floor, TV remote, chipped toilet, stained towel, and the shower was disgusting. Because I was tired of moving rooms, and knew the hostess did all she could, I rode it out for one night. I did sleep well, the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great hotel, very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is also in an excellent location, close enough to downtown Denver and just an hour from Colorado Springs. Pet friendly. My dogs were barking, and I knew that. I went to the front desk and asked, and they told me they had received a few calls, but I was never informed. The hotel staff made sure to explain to the other guests that this is a pet-friendly hotel. Thank you.

Positive: Staff was very friendly. Pool area was nice. Negative: The sink is a little oddly designed with the bowl far away from the edge.

A nice hotel. Nice pool. Nice rooms. No shady characters roaming the area. Except the knickel and diming, thats why you only get a 4 star. $5 a day to park in the lot. $75 extra dollars at check in for a pet friendly hotel.

Positive: Location. Negative: The room was a disaster. When arriving, the toilet didn't work. They said they would send someone to fix it, but never did. Upon a 2nd request, they gave me a plunger and told me to fix it myself. There were dirty dishes with food in the dishwasher. Negative: ""
