We had 2 suites for 3 nights. The location was great. Plenty of room and my daughter loved the pool toys and the pool. Breakfast was standard and the pancake maker was fun. Those were the only positives of this place. One of our suites smelled like marijuana and when we talked with the front desk they said they could deodorize it for us and give us a discount. We had to leave for several hours but it helped. The carpets were filthy and everything was old and not well kept. Stairs outside were slanted and not safe. While almost everyone was friendly, when we asked about the discount we were told no when checking out. While location was great. I would look for another place that was cleaner, more updated and for the same price.
Fabulous place! We had the room with the loft, had a nice little kitchenette. Breakfast was great every morning, excellent coffee and tea available all day. We were there with friends and really enjoyed the pool, and the staff allowed us to hang out with our friends in the small area off the lobby for an evening.
The pictures said one thing but when we got to the room, one big NOPE!!! We went inside looked around and left back out. Granted they’re going through a renovation, but I couldn’t see myself spending a week here. Both bathroom doors were damn near falling off the hinges. The receptionist was very cool when we checkin and out.
Honestly I don’t see how this place would have over 2 stars let alone 4. Stuff in the room was not kept up and the room was not as clean as it could’ve been.
This hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Colorado Springs! First off I have to give it to the housekeepers they had their rooms Immaculate and clean they worked really really hard on these rooms and you can tell they have dedication and what they do so thank you housekeepers for the great job that you guys did keeping these rooms clean I know as a former housekeeper it is a tough job to keep these rooms clean!! The rooms are fully equipped with a full kitchen with a working oven stove and an ice maker in the refrigerator! The ice doesn't take long at all! All the utensils you need to cook are all in your cabinets and the room locations are private and close to the front office! You can tell the staff cares about their property!! The room was immaculate and for the price I paid I think this will be the ONLY hotel I stay at when I need to escape!! You will never believe your eyes or the comfort that is experienced at this hotel!! The breakfast was amazing it was as if I was at a $400 a night hotel! They are even equipped with a state of the art pancake maker and they offer chocolate chips and strawberries to make delicious pancakes. There is also a small area to tip off your eggs with things like cheese and sour cream! Sonesta has spoiled me rotten and if anything hands down this hotel is the hotel to stay at on a budget and with a family!!
Positive: Room was a good size and the decore was tasteful. Place was fairly clean. Negative: The road construction made accessing property inconvenient. The shower head fell off and I had to reattach it. Couch was not comfortable. Negative: ""

Insects all over the place. In the main dining room where you eat breakfast....Oh, and by the way, the blonde lady working nights is a racist. Please, if you aren’t caucasian just go somewhere else because other races aren't welcomed here. She gave us the hardest time to get a room that we booked weeks with anticipation.
Theresa and her staff are very, very helpful. my wife and I were in a situation. Which way are we weren't able to move into our apartment right away, and Theresa found a way for us. Dave state one more night when an apartment wasn't gonna be ready the next. I would always give a special great reviews. Clean good people and a great place. Same prices, regular hotel, but with all the good amenities, privacy and a great breakfast, will always visit.
I absolutely love everything about this place; from the rooms, the employees at the front desk down to their housekeepers and maintenance man. Everyone is so kind, always smiling and greeting you, everyone goes out their way to make you feel so welcomed. This entire vicinity is very clean. It's hands down one of the best places in Colorado springs, that I've had the privilege of being a guest in. The space in the rooms- feels like you're in an apartment, and the price makes it even more of a treasured experience. I will definitely come back here. I'd definitely consider this luxury on a budget.
Update: Since this post I've needed to mention that the maintenance man left and two were hired (one recently quit). However, the new hires are the only cons. They walk around like gossip girls talking about everyone's business. It's weird and sad. They are truly the only reason I'd say don't come here for an extended stay.

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
