Sonesta ES Suites Chatsworth - Hotel in Chatsworth - 21902 Lassen St, USA

My family attended a wedding in the area . At first , I wasn’t sure about the area or site , It turned out to be a comfortable place to stay . I loved the water found in the front area of the hotel . Lemon water which I added mint to . Very refreshing and readily available . The breakfast was good , preferring the bacon or sausage vs the 3rd day choice of corn beef , which I didn’t eat . I recommend checking out the rooms first as the view and or privacy can change based on the room location and choice . The pool and adjacent patio was very nice . There is a mall near by , approximately 10 -15 minutes away that has Nordstrom’s , Macy and Neiman Marcus stores for those of us who shop last minute .

We had a double room, it was upstairs and no elevator, so you had to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast in the morning was a joke! They were out of almost everything and only made more of some when we complained. Many more people were showing up to eat after us also! Breakfast ended way too early, also! The double door to one of the rooms did not close, and the bathroom door would not lock.

We have had an amazing experience at ES Sonesta in Chatsworth, thanks to an incredible professionalism and pristine service from Krista at the front desk. She made sure that our stay was as smooth, and pleasant, as possible. There was no problem with getting an extra set of sheets or silverware for our room. We will be back! Once again, thank you, Krista, for making our stay an impeccable one :)

While staying here with my wife Karen we love it!! It's like staying in your own 1 bedroom apt. /suite while here!! Stove. Oven , fridge , freezer everything you'd ever want in a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and bed

We liked this hotel. Pleasant surprise! Was very pleased with the amount of room(s): common living area with couch, chair, television (not a smart tv); kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher (!!), cooktop(!!), kitchen sink, cabinets with dishes and utensils; nice sized bathroom and large closet! Bedroom was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Sad to see ownership changed this was before stay bridge more family oriented now not so much one suggestion all people who gona smoke weed should be in separate buildings designated for family’s with kids and baby’s !!! We didn’t like the smell of weed in all three rooms gave me a headache. Then in both bathrooms each morning we seen big cockroaches I really hope we didn’t bring back any to my home gross. Also morning gal is great at desk but night girl sucks and if you have a pull out couch I would expect some extra blankets for it not the case I called down she said you have to go get them also only had two pillows and sheet and no blanket wth.

Our family was staying overnight to attend a bat mitzvah in the area. We had one two-bedroom suite and a one-bedroom suite. From beginning to end we were taken care of by the staff. We added the second room at the last minute and the hotel staff (can't remember her name) was able to get us two rooms next to each other.||Hassan at the front desk was great and acted like our personal concierge! We asked for early check-in which he gave us. He helped us with a shuttle to the nearby venue. Gave us late check-out. And was generally pleasant and accommodating to all our needs.||Did not have chance to use the pool or gym, but enjoyed the included breakfast, not just continental

I love love love this place. You can't best what they have to offer for the price. Most days were around 150 when booked 2nd party although I stayed a week the next weekend jumped to almost 300 and were booked solid so I had to leave. Cute kitchenette with everything you need. And living area not comfy couch but not horrid. Bed was so comfy. Had to call 2x for house keeping come the 4th day but she came let me direct her around a little. Just wanted Refills clean linens n towels.
