We spent 3 days and 2 nights here in a king suite. The suite was spacious with a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed and small but adequate bathroom. This hotel would be 5 stars with a few improvements: pool and jacuzzi were great, however pool area needed a good sweep/vacuum as there was a lot of sand, mulch and other debris; Facilities are run down and need cosmetic improvements; laundry facility should upgrade to cashless and should have working dryers or be shut down completely; carpet in room needed a vacuum and bathroom smelled like mildew, but was otherwise clean. Location is excellent and the hotel was very quiet day and night. Would stay again.

Do not stay here. The place is very run-down. Stairs to our room were rotting. Rooms had a smell. AC very loud. Bathroom had mold. Pull-out couch had stain on the mattress. No bedding for the pull-out couch in the room. Asked for bedding and pillows from front desk and was told they were out of pillows. We left without even trying the breakfast.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room we were given reeked of smoke, despite all rooms being labeled as "non-smoking." We were moved to another room, but it was just as bad. The entire place feels outdated and worn down, more like a motel than a hotel. The wooden outdoor stairs are rotting, and there are no amenities to speak of, which only added to the frustration. They didn’t have any extra pillows available for the pull-out couch. To top it off, they charged us $75 USD for our dog, which is absurd considering our pet is cleaner than many of the guests we encountered. I strongly recommend exploring other options in the area, no matter the price. This place is truly disappointing.

The grounds are dirty with trash and assorted items. I watched a woman who worked there walk right by a hairnet and other trash without picking it up. The breakfast is awful. Nothing cold to drink, not even water. The bathroom in the room was dirty especially the fan which was disgusting. Cigarette butts outside the sliding door to some sort of patio. They only clean rooms once a week and don’t clean the grounds. Go someplace else.

Horrible! The toilet broke the first night. We went to the desk told them and we left for the day. That evening it was not fixed because maintenance was off on Sundays and would not come in. They switched us to another room that was smaller, no ice maker and dirty. They had no breakfast! Which was supposed to be a hot buffet but didn’t even have coffee. When I asked to see a manager they always said she wasn’t there. When I asked for her card at checkout, there were no cards. They didn’t offer us a discount because of no breakfast and the smaller room as well as the inconvenience. They offered absolutely nothing. I have stayed in Sonesta hotels in the past with no problems but will never stay in one again. Overpriced, bad service, dirty rooms and no breakfast! Stay away!

The only thing that is amazing about this place is how well they edited the pictures of the rooms. The outside and inside of the rooms are poorly maintained. It seems that the staff stays in some of the rooms, which is a problem because they party outside and knock on your door at 12am. Add to that there’s no room service and the trash piles up outside. DO NOT STAY HERE MOVE ON!

I don't leave reviews but felt I needed to warn people. This place is dirty, worn down and generally very unpleasant. Don't let the pictures fool you. The furniture and carpets are stained and worn. Our unit and the property in general is neglected, for example the leaking gutters causing the dangerous ice build-up on the walkway leading to our room. The woman staying in the unit below us, slipped and hit her head, after that we walked in the snow to avoid slipping. The stairs were also very slippery, they weren't shoveled or salted. There was overflowing garbage throughout the property. Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned (there were candy wrappers and food crumbs on the carpet.) The bar stools in the kitchen were beyond stained, literally encrusted with food spills. We booked this place with a plan to stay in for the evening; order in, relax and watch a movie, but the place was so gross I just couldn't use the kitchen or relax on the furniture. The nice-looking fireplace in the picture didn't work and was just a big draft source making the living room cold. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean. We didn't take showers in the morning, I just wanted to get out of there. The lobby seemed clean, and the rate included a "hot breakfast." At 8:30 there was no coffee, they were working on making more and told us it would take about 15 mins. The breakfast did not look appetizing. The watery eggs (I think they were eggs) were made out of egg whites and had pieces of green throughout (I think small pieces of green peppers) My husband tried to eat some of the orange (spices?) breakfast potatoes and although he is not usually a picking eater even he couldn't get them down. The other breakfast offerings looked just as bad, and we ended up going to the Dunkin Donuts down the street. The staff working the lobby were pleasant and friendly. I got the impression that they live there. The same two women were there late the night before and were there working again early in the morning. They were dressed like they had just gotten out of bed (sweatpants and a bonnet) and were rushing around trying to refill breakfast items and run the front desk. Again, I'm not one to write reviews but this place was that bad. Other than a pleasant greeting when registering there is nothing good about this place.

Not enough room to describe the filth and ill- repair and excessive price. Two people one towel. Filthy nasty disgusting. Health dept should inspect!!! $300 to have someone sit outside our room at 11pm and talk on his phone!!!! Gross.....wouldn't take socks off or shower there. Sleep in your car or a tent.

Definitely definitely recommended. After a tiring day of exploring Burlington we were looking for some very good and hearty Indian food and we landed here (dine-in). We went for their Papri Chat, Samosa, Indian Masala Chai and Potato Paneer Parantha.

I love the Garden of Eatin' Cafe. I like to treat myself to some time by the koi pond and waterfall, sometimes with a soup and half sandwich, sometimes for coffee and a pastry. It's always perfect. The folks behind the counter are super nice, and the
