Sonesta ES Suites Boston Westborough - Hotel in Westborough - 25 Connector Rd, USA

This is my second Sonesta ES Suite to stay at. While the first one was mediocre, I thought I'd give them another shot. I'm always drawn to the sq footage of the rooms. This will be the last time I make that mistake. The breakfast was lacking to say the least. The hot items included powdered eggs and sausage, neither was hot, but they were the two cooked items. The other options were oatmeal, bagels and toast. The room was missing many items that should help make it a suite with a kitchen. There was no baking sheets or pots. Only 1 lid to a pot and one skillet. This negates having a kitchen to be able to buy things and cook in the room. Snow removal upon arrival was non existent. It hadn't snowed that day and the pictures show the icy sidewalks. The rooms are non smoking, so most people are smoking their pot on the balconies. While that isn't a fault of the hotels, it just seemed very regular of the tenants there. Nothing is walkable within reason, no restaurants, stores, gas stations.

This place is nasty. On the walk to my room, I could tell by the clientele this a place to house the homeless. Difficult to find your rooms bc of the layout. Upon inspection of my room, I found a bug on the telephone, and a fly in the window. Had to ask for sheets for the pull out. And the fitted sheet they gave me was ripped. 😒 The kitchen is nice, but I didn't need it. What I did need was a comfortable bed (fail) and a comfortable spot for my son to sleep. The pullout couch sucks!!! Old, dirty, and the mattress was like what you would find in jail. They charge way too much money for a rat trap. Another family in our group found bed bugs in their room. 🤮

We had a one night stay. The suite was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a view of the pool. It looked nice with pool furniture. The staff was friendly. The kitchen was stocked if you need an extended stay or have children and cooking helps the budget.

The first room that we had the fridge was broken which was pretty disappointing. However, the staff were very helpful and responsive to our complaint and we were moved to a room with a working fridge. Overall the property seems a little worn and could use some repairs it seems to me, and the frying pan we were provided in the kitchen was lousy. But the price is one of the most reasonable in the area for what it provides, so I guess that’s why. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The guests were quiet and the area felt safe. These were all important factors for us and overall it suited our needs.

Room smells of marijuana. Spiders in the bathroom. I started itching as soon as I got in the bed. It was freezing outside so I was in no mood to switch rooms as you have to walk outdoor to get to the reception desk in the next building. Early morning visit by the creepy bug in the room. The hotel room was big enough for 4. The exterior was pretty but the inside needs an upgrade. I killed a earwig in the bathroom tub. The bed was okay and also small. The tvs are soooo outdated. My tablets were almost as big as the screen. I also had to plug it in myself which was odd. It was also not easy. There's free breakfast but I didn't wake up in time. Parking wad a nightmare. The room stunk like something died and never got aired out. They didn't have any necessities for the sofa bed in the room so I had to go pick it up at the office. They didn't offer to bring it. They also didn't have spare pillows for the sofa bed.

Stayed here six nights. Overall, pleased with it and would stay again. Cleaning service was once a week. Rooms were clean enough. The kitchen was fine and had what I needed. The TV/cable service was poor and very few channels were available. Internet service was fine. Reasonably priced overall. Staff was friendly. Small, but clean, laundry room. Owen O'Leary's restaurant is next door and it's a good place to check out.

Very friendly staff and nice, clean and spacious rooms stuffed with everything for the daily needs. Our 1,5 years old toddler had a good time as well.
