One of our favorite hotels we’ve been to. Located by a nice shopping area. We even got to see a free outdoor musical nearby. Very clean. Pool was so relaxing and well kept. My son loved the free sunglasses they gave. Liked how there was a free parking garage. A hidden gem near Austin. Hoping to come back again.

Very clean, nice big corner room, excellent bed, sheets, pillows. Pool was very clean and inviting but too cold for us. They had great service before we arrived received communication and checkin was very efficient and friendly. Location is great with walking access to about 4-5 good restaurants. Staff was helpful, and we loved the terrace off the bar on top of the hotel.

Loved my experience here at Sonesta Bee Cave!! The property is so cute and cozy, perfectly located. Hill Country but still close to anything you're looking for. Yam and John at the front were great as well as the entire staff at Meridian 89. Everything was squeaky clean (thank you housekeeping!) and the coffee shop was friendly and fast during the morning rush. 11/10 would recommend.

I truly can’t believe how this hotel has such good reviews. The room felt dirty, was super small and there’s no way those are queen beds. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband and I are physically sore. The front desk workers were super kind but the workers at the little cafe leave a lot to be desired. Asked for fresh towels and it took over an hour and a half to get them and I had to go down and ask them again. The extra toiletries that are normally included in the bathroom are downstairs and by request only. You’re also only allowed two water bottles per room. I would never stay here again.

Traveled to Austin after Memorial Day on business. Arrived in the early morning hours due to flight delay. No issues checking in for our stay from Tues thru Fri. Went to work on Tues and upon returning to my hotel room found it tossed by housekeeping and my personal belongings in a pile on the bureau. I complained to the front desk attendant who could not offer any explanation other than it was a miscommunication with housekeeping. Got assigned to a different room which was exhausting due to travel the day before and working all day on Tuesday. Just wanted to relax. Hotel manager claimed he would make it right and did apologize. Some of my personal items (small carry-on bag and newly purchased bathroom items were missing). The manager offered a coupon for the in house restaurant and bar but it was limited to food only, no alcohol. Ended up only getting 2 desert items, the rest went unused. We had 3 rooms booked between myself and two co-workers traveling with me. The Sonesta made plenty of money with our stay. Bottom line, the manager should have comped the first nights partial stay due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms and the fact that my personal belongings were rifled thru by housekeeping. I'm lucky all of my clothing didn't end up in the trash. Stayed thru till Friday but will never return to this hotel. Notified our Corporate travel provider upon my return to avoid sending any of our employees here in the future. There are plenty of other good options for hotel stays in the Austin Texas area.

This place is a joke, I spent over $200 for one night just to find out they don't even provide breakfast included!! Are you serious??? I've been to $60 motels that had enough decency to have unlimited breakfast included with your stay. I know its petty but it rubs you the wrong way, It's nothing but a sign of greedy management. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Best hotel in bee cave, super clean, super friendly staff, super kid friendly, they gave my kids free sunglasses. Rooms are nicely decorated, and the lobby is so fancy. Gym is open 24/7, same for the pool. They dont have breakfast included, but they sell items. The rooftop is nice, and the parking is huge is free. We spent 2 weeks there, and evrything was perfect. Highly recommended

Rooms were nice, clean, and fairly roomy. Appreciated that there were ample outlets for charging in the room, both power and USB. We were bummed that there wasn't a complementary breakfast available so we probably wouldn't come back, but we stayed here for an event. The lobby is pretty and very open and airy. The hotel is super close to a shopping center, great if you need a bite to eat or some groceries during your stay.
