Tempe location was perfect. The 1 bedroom was nice and clean. Kitchen had the necessary things to cook and dinnerware for meals. The window coverings were screen shades. At night for privacy, you need to have the lamp turned on next to the shade so your not visible to the outside. I really enjoyed my stay there as a single renter. Nice that it was located above the Whole Foods store.

Terrible!!!! When I attempted to adjust the dates after unintentionally booking a one-bedroom apartment for September 20–28, I was told I would have to pay twice as much! I therefore made the decision to request a cancellation, but even though there is still one month till the check-in date, they would not return the money that I had paid!

We stayed here memorial day weekend, the room was extremely clean, the pool was nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It's a one room apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room, which includes amenities like a coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, plates, utensils, within other useful items. They don't have cable but they do have wifi and the TV rooms gave Chromecast so you can easily connect your device to a streaming service. The air conditioner was cold which was great, they didn't have hot water the first 2 days but that didn't bother me as I shower with cold water and when the hot water came back it wasn't actually hot maybe just slightly warm; that was my only partner's complaint as he showers with boiling water. I decided to extend our stay here, through another reservation (we someone got the same room through a different account and a different user, that was lucky), we did have to leave and come back, we also got the same room; when we got the room back it was clean, the cleaning people were actually still cleaning when we arrived but everything was spotless and changed including the bedding, shower curtains towels, etc. Another downfall is having to pay 15 dollars for parking per day, we also had to leave the apartments at 11 am and we couldn't go back until 4 pm because they had to clean, so I paid an extra 40 dollar fee to have the room by 1 PM because we didn't want to wait that long for our with nothing to do. Overall, it's convenient because you feel like you're at home with all the amenities inside the room, as well as with walking distance from a few stores and having the whole foods in the same building, including a few eateries and coffee shops close by and a movie theater.

SO DISAPPOINTED. Terrible experience. My fully paid reservation was canceled without any reason, and the hotel held my payment for 7-10 days. Horrible customer service. Be careful when reserving here; they don’t explain why they don’t accept your reservation. I just received an email saying, “Your booking was flagged and was reviewed extensively. We only accept reservations we’re confident won’t violate our house rules.” How does that sound? :)

These guys have no infrastructure to support a serviced apartment. No maintenance, WiFi broken multiple times, no TV channels, loud air conditioner which could not be fixed despite numerous complaints as we were unable to sleep, no toiletries or kitchen replacement, $20 extra cost for checking at 3pm vs 4pm….. The list goes no. It’s a racket- stay away ! Regretted staying here for 5 days at the mercy of a non responsive company hosting service apartments

DO NOT STAY HERE! An absolute mess of bookings, dirty rooms, horrific customer service. They booked me in a room that had a bedroom with a security light shining directly through the window with no window coverings that blocked the light. You could see where someone had torn it down and it had not been addressed. We had a total of five rooms requiring three moves to even get to a functional stay and upon checkout there was not acknowledgment of the total miss for which was a requirement in our customer service exchanges. When they were approached to fix the credit and do the right thing, they refused. Absolutely a horrific experience and unkempt, dirty facilities that are super dark due to lack of lighting. Not safe, not clean, collecting a check for location.

Terrible experience with this place. Booked a unit through VRBO, but my plans changed, so I cancelled (2 months before the cancellation deadline), but Sonder refused to refund my money through VRBO. I had to download Sonder's app, enter personal information, create an account, just to cancel. Terrible experience. Potentially a data mining scam. Stay away!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I Came Here For A Nice Stay Away From Home. I’m 10wks Pregnant So I Thought Staying Here By Myself Would Be Secure &’ Nice. All To Get An Email Not Even 24hrs Into My Stay Telling Me I Needed To Vacate Because Of False Accusations Saying I Was Having A Party At 3am! According To The Accusations I Was Throwing Things From My Balcony!!! I Was Staying Her ALONE! PREGNANT AND ALONE! I Had Nowhere Else To Go But They Didnt Care!
