To put it professionally, this company does not embody the values or honesty that they portray. We bought their product thinking it would be the next step to better communication with our patients. What we found is that their product does not accomplish what we were promised during the sales process. Our patients, staff, and businesses are suffering because they didn't fulfill their promises and we bought into a company that cannot deliver. We tried to work out these issues thinking they were hiccups during the transition but we learned that the product isnt as good as what they said. Once we learned the product isn't a fit for us, we asked about cancelation and what that process entails. We were not given straight answers on how to do this and then all of a sudden they cancelled our acct with no notice and have locked us out of all our communication platforms before we could transition to a product that meets our patients and staffs needs. We get that you don't like us cancelling, but don't drag our patients and staff through this. I highly recommend thinking twice before working with this company.
Our practice uses Solution Reach for online scheduling and appointment reminders. Our patients love the online scheduling system. Patients are able to book appointments in real time; selecting the exact day and time for their next appointment!

I’ve never had such a poor customer service experience. We had so many issues that they could not give us a solution to and just told us that it was “just how the system is”. So when I inquired about the cancelation process they didn’t answer my questions and ultimately just canceled the account and shut us out. I now have no access and am being told it would take days to bring it back and would basically be too much work. I was also told that I can’t request a cancelation and have it go my way on my terms. What?? Isn’t that how businesses work? We give notice. We get a set in stone confirmation that we want to cancel before closing an account. It feels very unprofessional how this was handled. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I wish every company I worked with had features, training and customer service like Solutionreach. Very intuitive and easy to use, and our patients absolutely love being connected to us in a way not possible before. We are now able to send out professional, regularly scheduled newsletters easily. Our patients LOVE the appointment reminders they get - and they value being able to text us AND get text responses back! There are so many wonderful features, but bottom line: we are now able to connect and converse with our patients in a way that they are most familiar (mobile phones and email). Peter, James and whole team at Solutionreach are incredibly helpful and always available. The training is simple to understand, easy to follow, and always available. Our office loves Solution Reach for our communication needs. We are a dental office in Texas, and have been using Solution Reach almost three years. It works great for our office, reminding patients of their upcoming appointments and reminding those who aren't scheduled that they are due for a check-up. Our patients love the service, as well. Customer service is great. Technical support is easy to contact and get my questions answered quickly. I highly recommend Solution Reach.
