So delicious and cozy and homey-feeling. The food and service are great and it feels welcoming and you never feel rushed. Came the first time as a couple and brought 4 friends back the second time. The patio is so beautiful and every dish and drink has been perfect. Easily one of my favorite restaurants on the West side!
We had a nice time here. First time we were here we sat in their magical patio but last night the patio was closed for an event so we sat inside. Inside is a little noisy and crammed but cozy at the same time. We were there with friends so we were able to taste lots of different dishes. My 6 year old loved their sausages and pierogis. My husband loved their Schnitzel and They are very accommodating for diet restrictions, there is food for everyone here. They have a dog menu for your pup to have dining experience with you. Service is friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back.
I was told I would hate the food and I didn’t listen.
👎 The food was badly cooked. It’s true. The duck was extremely dry. The stuffed cabbage was so tasteless.
(Mind you, I’m from Eastern Europe / post Soviet country, I’m used to unseasoned food, but even I did not find this food any good).
👍 Atmosphere is good, outside patio is lovely
👍 Service is nice enough :)
👍 The only thing that me and my friend agreed was good from 3 plates we had was the cucumber salad. Get the cucumber salad. That’s it 😅
Had a great experience here. Sat in the patio area. Spacious and beautiful. Roomy. Got a mojito and beef. The sample platter. And some pierogi orders. The chicken. Traditional. And beef. Good food. Wish they had pierogis with cheese, Potato and jalapeño! That would’ve been amazing. But nice to see an authentic polish place in socal. Really enjoyed
First time eating Polish food outside of Poland and was pretty good. Sauerkraut salad and split pea soup were great. Pierogi are a must of course. Not a fan of borsch or herring as was expecting something more Russian style. Polish cheesecake was definitely not your American variety. Service was friendly and efficient. The bill was high as always at those types of places as we end up wanting to try everything. Nice place to try a different cuisine.
Awesome spot for Polish (and neighboring countries) food. Great happy hour and super inviting back patio.
Food was very good. We did both samplers and entrees. The table had a good spread and everything was enjoyed. Schnitzel was great.
I've driven by this restaurant many times not knowing what was inside. I was so pleasantly surprised when I finally wandered in. First---the ambience is precious. It has a lovely welcoming vibe---you feel as though you've entered a street cafe in Europe. The food is terrific---even for those of us with food allergies. The outdoor courtyard plays host to Yappy Hour on alternate Thursdays, however dogs are always welcome and treated to a special menu. Many of the staff members have been there for years---they take real pride in providing a great experience. My one warning---do not park in the adjacent lot. That lot is for other businesses and even after hours, those business owners keep watch. Friends returned to their car to find a massive sticker on their windshield covering the driver's view. So use street parking and enjoy a really special dining experience.
Always a good choice. There are only two Polish food restaurants in all of the greater Los Angeles area. The food here is consistently good if not slightly expensive. Understandable that they must charge what they do being in such a great location. The steak tartare is a standout. The pierogi are an interesting take on a Polish standard. The bar is also a great place to meet people.
Iâve been working with the DMN8 staff since the pandemic and to say these people are wonderful is an understatement. Now that the gym is open skies the limit!
In A Nutshell:
-Beach Yoga SoCal provides daily yoga classes in the morning & evenings.
-I really enjoyed doing yoga on the beach during the sunset.
-The cool ocean breeze, the smells of the sea, the sound of the waves & the soft sand give another d
