We loved this resort. They did all the important things well. Service was fantastic. Beach was exclusive and well kept. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was modern and well kept. A tremendous value - I highly recommend and we’ll certainly return.

I visited the property and the stay was unforgettable. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and made the stay a memorable experience. The rooms are spacious and the property is right on Sunny Isles beach so the views are amazing. House keeping is always available and everyone is very welcoming. Shoutout to Andrei at the front desk for going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience.Would definitely stay here next time I am in the area. 10/10 experience

We had an absolute blast for our 10 year anniversary. We even got upgraded for free to an ocean view suite. Food was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back and next time we will bring our kiddo.

The Room was fantastic. We loved the beach views from the balcony. And we always enjoyed the Kitchen, Th pool and the area of which the Hotel is located. The Air Wasn't working as well as it should've needs to be updated. But overall Very good..

When I first checked into Sole I was prepared for a standard stay—nothing to write home about. However, Andrei and Guillermo at the front desk turned my ordinary experience into an extraordinary one. Upon arrival, I was met with a slight hiccup with my reservation (let's just say my room was having a bit of an identity crisis). But Andrei and Guillermo swooped in like hotel superheroes, armed with charm and professionalism. Within minutes, they not only resolved the issue but also upgraded me to a room with a view that made me forget all about my earlier frustrations. In a world where customer service often feels robotic, Andrei and Guillermo stood out by making me feel like a VIP. If you're staying at Sole rest assured—you're in excellent hands.

That’s rare when I post a review but this time it’s really worth sharing my experience in this hotel.|Probably the worst experience ever in a hotel in US considered 4stars by Google! |In my humble opinion it deserves not more than 3 stars, for the reason I will explain below and also for the medium/low quality of the bedrooms. |I booked for 4 nights to spend some holidays along the beach with my son and arrived for the checkin around 9pm. |My son went in his bed around 10pm and then I went to bed at midnight where once in the bed….I found out…my mattress and sheets were soaked wet under the duvet and…. smelt PEE. 🤮 |Never experienced this before! |I decided to let the front desk aware about the situation. |I had to wake up my son so that the maintenance person can check the mattress and confirmed with embarrass it was pee.|Thankfully, later they could find the only available suite, which is an upgrade for sure but we could not enjoy it at all. |We could move our luggages and spend the night there after obviously a shower. It is almost 2am at that time.|Basically the beds in this hotel do NOT have any mattress protection and the housekeeping services just replace the sheets even if the previous customer pees on the mattress… it’s most likely that this situation happened for most of the customers but they could not spot it as it might have dried before the next customer checks in.|The front desk could just apologise and they did not want to refund us for the short night we spent but preferred we get refunded for the other nights so that I could check out right away. |They will probably just reply they are sorry about the experience my son and I had… if they dare reply here but… the fact there was no compensation clearly shows that they consider the situation was not their fault and that they do not care much of their customers. |I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel! They are better hotels around there. |Please avoid!

This is a really great places, the upgrades are nice, and we loved the location. One of our issues was getting our car. We always made sure to call for it in advance, but when we’d get downstairs we’d have to wait a while to get our keys as they have to help other customers. Or when we’d return we’d have to wait 20-30 minutes before someone would get to us. They also ran out of chair covers and towels one afternoon that we were trying to go to the beach. We understood that there were a lot of guests and it was the afternoon, but still.

This is a lovely oceanfront hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It is in a very convenient location. The staff members are very pleasant to work with. The rooms are very clean. I would definitely say that valet service is excellent. The beach is wonderful as well. I plan on staying at this hotel many times in the upcoming year and the following years to come. Management always addresses any concerns.
