Had a great time watching a local band member of Spanish Love Songs play a set while sipping some brew. The atmosphere was chill and the inside was clean and contemporary. Tried a few different drafts and the service from all staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The grilled cheese food truck was a delicious addition. Give them a try for date night!

Love this place. The atmosphere, the beer, the people 👌🏽 Great place to come if you enjoy unique craft beer and sours. I'm not usually a sour drinker, but their Head Huntin and Temecula Sunrise are so refreshing, fruity, and not overly sour at all. They also offer specialty brews every so often. Currently, they have a brown ale aged in bourbon barrels (No Joy) And Song & Poem, which is a hybrid wine/ beer drink made with cab sauv grapes and vanilla!

Much nicer decor than other beer tasting rooms. Nice selection of different types of beers. They offer taster flights, snacks and cans to-go.

Solaris Beer & Blending is the new kid on the block. First impressions, this place looks amazing, can its beer match the decor? It did and much more. As we ventured through its tastings, we were pleasantly surprised by the vast ways your palate will absorb its flavors. The sours are amazing, I love their hazy IPA and they feature a unique taste with their stout sour beers. Sounds unusual, but its exactly that, which makes it delightful. Swing on by, bring friends, plus enjoy food from Incredible Tacos. It'll add another layer to your drinking experience. Cheers friends. 🍺🤙🍻

Good vibes, good beers, and music. We found them because of a food truck called Papas El Guero. It was a great Friday night. They have events all the time.

For a microbrew, this place has some very tasty beers and beer blends. The menu was small but mighty with a good amount of different types of beers ranging from light and drinkable to sours to IPAs to blends of beer aged in whiskey and wine barrels! We got a couple of drinkable beers (fun beer names that switch out now and then) along with a flight of 5 4oz beers. With the 7 different beer types, we tried they were all good. Inside there is lots of room with many tables and outdoor seating where you can find bands and other fun events scheduled each week. Very modern design inside. Clean bathrooms and parking spots are easy to get to. While they do not serve food you can always find a food truck parked out front and there are some tasty food trucks. Definitely, a place to go with friendly staff that know their beers and can help you out!

This place is fairly new and has great brews. Smaller selection since they are new, but I was impressed. The purple flowers was my favorite and definitely take home worthy. The pink flowers was good as well. They had a food vendor which was equally as amazing.

Great place to hang out and have a beer with friends or family. Employee are very friendly and approachable. No food but they typically have food trucks or vendors come by or you can bring your own food. Good selection of beer and a couple seltzers. Seating outside and inside is plenty. Live music some nights and special events, nice go to!
