This was my first apartment during college, I felt extremely welcomed by the staff in the leasing office! Cindy and Robin made sure that every concern I had was addressed, and Patrick fulfilled every work order flawlessly! This community offers wonderful amenities and holds many events for the residents to connect with their neighbors. I highly recommend!

YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO, if you live here. There have been DOZENS of car break ins at this complex and nothing continues to be done about it. Our car has been broken into TWICE since living here for the past year. Each time we had absolutely NOTHING in our vehicle. My brothers vehicle was STOLEN directly from the parking lot. We pay WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this to occur at the level that it does. The first time our car got broken into, the apartment complex didn’t even bother to reply back to our email. The most they have done is have police patrol the area and remind people to keep nothing in their vehicles. With as much MONEY as everyone pays to live here the least they could do is install cameras or hire a security guard for the complex but NOTHING continues to be done. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Wait a moment there manager! You mean to tell me that for the safety of your renter’s property you are not installing a private surveillance system or well lit parking areas for their safety. The fact that your lease is already high you are telling your tenant which you don’t know their circumstances to spend more! I will never rent an apartment in this location, if this is the solution that you are offering.

Moved in with family weeks ago. This is truly a quiet and peaceful place to live. Apartment is clean and everything in a good condition. Homestead park nearby and close to several other parks for outdoor activities. Pharmacy and grocery are all in walking distance. Staffs are nice, patient and responsive. So far I have a great experience here and I’m sure my family agree

I have been living at the Solano apartments for about nine months. Now we moved in to a newly renovated apartment that no one had lived in before, there definitely were some issues (caulking around toilets and tbs, dent in the doors, scratches in the flooring) that are currently being resolved. After speaking with the manager she was very receptive and understanding that the contractors who renovated the place did it under a time crunch and was very apologetic for things not being done appropriately from the beginning. Recetly there have been some issues with packages being stolen and bike tires being slashed in the apartment but this is currently being looked into and dealt with. Overall the company that took over this apartment complex is doing his best to make these apartments fee luxurious and provide more amenities than were here before.

Been here a year and so far the experience has been a good one. Moved in shortly after new management took over in 2021. They've been working on lots of improvements to spruce up the place and things are looking good. They recently started up some community events so we're meeting more neighbors! Our unit has not been updated and the last attempt at some upgrades (by prior management) were poor quality, including lousy paint job on kitchen/bath cabinets. But our unit is quite large for the price, the new management is quite responsive, and the neighbors are nice. Quiet, clean complex - come check out Solano!

I’ve been living here for 5 months now. On move in, apartment was not clean or vacuumed well. Crumbs, trash, and hair from previous tenants painted over and now stuck in cabinets. Dryer vent hose not connected to the wall so the entire laundry area would be soaked in condensation. Mold and leaking water around every window that is peeling away the paint. Terrible communication from office. 95% of the time, no one is in the office during correct hours or they just don’t answer the phone if they are. If you have a dog, watch out for all the piles of feces left by other tenants. Unfortunately, we have 7 months left in this place and counting down the minutes.

We've been living at Solano since the summer of 2022. So far, our experience has been very positive due to the responsive staff! Whenever we have an issue, the management responds, which is very important. We also love that the complex is situated away from big roads, yet close to basic necessities, and boasts some nice amenities, such an outdoor pool and a mini gym. Is it luxury? Not really, but it's very good, and very well maintained. Even my dad who was visiting this past weekend was impressed. The new management has really taken good steps forward towards making it a 5 star experience!
