This place is the worst! I’ve been calling them since Oct and no one will return a call! If they’re so sorry they can’t even take the time to return a call, they’re not worth your money. Take it to someone else, despite what you’re told there are OTHER companies that WILL return calls and do the work you need done. Don’t waste your time with trying to get them to work.

SETEC answered my soil study questions over the phone in a knowledgeable and a friendly manner. Even when I dropped in the office unannounced, the technician responded with information that he himself collected over 2 years ago to help solve a current septic system problem that saved my real estate client considerable complications.

Do not, I repeat do not go with this company. They are very unclear, and very expensive. He will come out and Perc for $***.**, DOES NOT TELL YOU THAT THE PERMIT ISNT INCLUDED, so then they charge you $***.** to come back out and do that. I'm still UNSURE if the inspection is included in that last chunk of change. Save your money, go through the health department or someone else.

Does not answer phone calls or e-mails. They have put us at a stand still in getting our permits. My husband has called and emailed them for over two weeks now and they have ignored every call and e-mail. I would not recommend this company.
