Soho inn - Motel in Perry - 202 Valley Dr, USA

If I could give this motel no stars than I would. This is the nastiest motel i have ever been to. The Soho inn Perry Ga 31069. The owner of this motel Katie is so rude. If you pay for a room at the Soho, you cannot have any guests. she makes you pay extra. The rooms are very dirty. They don't wash the sheets or covers and they surely don't clean the bathroom. The owner yells at people like it is okay. The owner is so strict about her rooms that aren't even up to part. She walks in your room when your in there and don't care. If you are paying weekly you have to pay 250 plus a 100 dollar deposit so 350 plus you have to pay 25 dollars for a key deposit so 375 dollars in total.

Can’t have guest in your room even if you paid. Holes in sheets, #49 shouldn’t be available, Paid $45 for that room and it said on the room mirror it was a $30 room. They tried to call the cops on my boyfriend for trying to leave before the night ended because he told us he would call the cops if he saw anyone in the room. They ask if there’s 2 people for 2 beds , and I’m not paying for 2 beds when I don’t need the space for two beds. I’m extremely upset with this. I was a loyal customer. Do not go here and expect a cheap room.

Regular customer. The owner is a good guy. Rooms kept clean and we'll maintained. Loving the suite building. Looks just like I'm stay in an apartment. Great prices. I recommend

Mislabeled price on sign. Pool not working, spa not working. TV not working. Shady customers in parking lot. Woman walking around parking lot with handgun. Had to call police. Left before the end of the night.

Th boss doesn’t help and just wants his money and also the WiFi sucks can’t get it in your room at all and also the rooms are horrible they aren’t good not ever maintained . The manager,wife,and family don’t speak fluent English (very very horrible )also they are Indian and very RUDE

Its fine its not a celebrity house... they have minor issues that needs to be corrected and fixed..... otherwise it's fine

The room seemed fairly decent. My buddy invited to hang out with him and it turned out to be quite a decent room.

Needs alot of work..insect infestation, heat and air works when it wants too, Tv always acts up..not a good place for the price you pay
