Don't ask the owner about his tinted windshield!! He flipped out on me when I did.. I just thought it looked cool.. didn't need to get yelled at for it. Edit: it is whom ever has all four tinted windows and has a key to go in the building after hours,so I'm assuming he was management. Must have been an employee with a key to the building, whatever the case he still verbally assaulted me when I asked about his window tint. That's the main point I'm trying to get across here not the fact whether or not he was management or not.

My wife went to have her car washed on Friday 6/16/23 as she has been for many years. Unfortunately while the vehicle was there the Master Window switch on the driver side door panel was broken. She made them aware of the damage and she was asked to come back on Saturday 6/17/23 before 3:00 pm to speak to someone else, which we did, but they were closed due to weather. I understand. There was someone at the business next door that was helpful about taking a photo and forwarded the picture to the manager and I was told that the manager would contact me back on Monday 6/19/23, which he did. I was informed that they looked at there camera footage of my wife's visit and they felt that there was no way that this occurred during her visit. We are both hardworking people in our sixties and we do not appreciate someone insinuating that we are dishonest and would accuse them of something that did not occur during her visit. They did not make any offer to help rectify the incident. Instead they kept referring that they had film footage that did not confirm her statement. We will never do business with a company that would treat us so disrespectfully and I will inform as many people as possible about her negative experience. The one star is only because I could not select 0. Totally unhappy long time customer.

It used to be when you hand someone money with a tip, the customary thing to do is say thank you. A tip is not required. It seems like it's taken for granted now. Let me give you another tip. The better job you do, the nicer you are, the better the tip. Don't take it for granted I am supposed to tip you. It seems like a lot of the 5 stars here are employees and friends.

My wife went there a week and a half ago and while she was there she heard a loud bang, but since she doesn't usually bring the car there for a wash, she didn't know what to make of it. However, when it happened, she noticed that the guy at the cashier booth came out and she noticed he was talking with the guy's that dry the car. The cashier guy didn't say a word to my wife and went about charging her for the service. As soon as my wife went to retrieve the car she noticed a significant crack on the bumper that wasn't there before. When she went to the guy in the booth he said that the blower caused the crack but it was because the bumper had some loose rivets. He bullied my wife into believing it was her fault. And had the audacity to not even tell her about it knowing full well that the washer caused the crack. He literally blamed my wife for the issue. I went to an auto repair shop and they said he excuse was ludicrous. My blood pressure was so high that I didn't even want to see this guy. That car has gone through hundreds of car washes with the supposedly loose rivets and none caused any damage let alone the crack. The guy heard when the damage happened and didn't have the courtesy to apologize or even mention it. Sneaky piece of work. When my wife decided to call him on it he said he reviewed the video and while he noticed that the damage wasn't there prior to going into the wash. He did noticed a black rub mark on the opposite said. A ridiculous excuse because the rub mark has been there for six years and again the car has had 100"s of washes since then. I used to bring my car there for years and always gave a good tip even though the service was average at best. I know they don't pay well so I try and help them but this dirty underhanded treatment of my wife or anyone is a sign that there's shisty people working there now. These car washes are insured and should value their customers, even gullible one's, but instead they try and get over. I wasn't going to write this review because I hate ditching out bad energy even to bad people but when I saw a review, that they recently damaged another elderly woman's car, and gave her the run around and also took advantage of my wife, I had to say something, the damage was less than a thousand dollars and they didn't even try to offer help. That's what insurance is for. So know we have to pay for the damage they caused because putting a claim will be detrimental to our insurance surcharges. It's businesses like this that makes people lose trust in service's like this. A few years ago my rear wiper was snapped off by the Golden Nozzle car wash on Main Street in Springfield and it cracked the rear window it was connected to. The manager off that car wash apologized and wrote an incident report and subsequently sent me to a place that repaired it at no cost to me and they gave me a loaner while it was being repaired. That's how they have kept me going back. My wife went to this conniving place because it was next to the dunkin donuts and she needed a car wash. Big mistake. Never again. I didn't bother to go back and make them accountable because they already showed their true colors and I don't have patience for con artists. I saw that they took advantage of someone else's wife, and had to leave a review in case this has been there regular business practices. If it isn't, that guy that takes advantage of women should be fired.

I love this place. The team at Soft Touch Auto Wash works like a well-oiled machine. I got the Full Service wash. They take your car through the wash, towel dry it, vacuum front and back, and wash the windows. I went with a Groupon and will definitely return without one. Excellent service.

I love how they pretreat by hand before the car wash and then they towel dry the entire vehicle when you come out They offer full service with interior cleaning as well. One of best car washes I go to.
