Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills - Hotel in Los Angeles - 8555 Beverly Blvd #90048, USA

I have stayed twice while getting testing and a procedure done at Cedars Sinai. The hotel is within walking distance to the hospital. It is right next to the Beverly Center as well as walking distance to other restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautiful with very comfortable, quiet rooms. There is a nice bar with live music. We did not eat in the restaurant but did have drinks and appetizers at the bar which were very good. Valet is very efficient. Workout room is really good, especially for a hotel. Probably the best feature, however, is the staff. My wife informed the staff that we would be staying the day after I was released from the hospital after a heart procedure to recover before driving the 2 hours back home. Emily, the guest relations manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were given a room that would be quiet so I could rest without being disturbed. She gave us a "hospital rate" which we did not even know about. She was also very understanding about being flexible with our check-out since I did not know how I would be feeling. The front desk people were excellent as well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Beverly Hills area even if not going to the hospital. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, and their attentiveness throughout my stay was truly top-notch. My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was impeccably clean and spacious, with plush bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite the bustling city outside. The lobby is a beautiful space with stylish décor and artwork, and the overall atmosphere is one of quiet sophistication. I especially loved the tranquil pool area, a perfect escape from the city's heat and energy. But the best part about the Sofitel is its location. It's situated in the heart of Beverly Hills, just steps away from Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Center, and countless cafes and restaurants. I could easily walk to everything I needed, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city.

Stayed at the Sofitel Beverly Hills for two nights after an Hawaiian cruise. The staff were superb especially Duwon who went above and beyond. Duwon was so so helpful kind, professional and very efficient and we would like to commend him. Would also like to commend Miranda who was also very helpful and kind. All the staff were excellent and the hotel itself was stunning, exceptionally clean and very interesting artful decor especially the silver dollar chair - loved it! Also great high end shopping right across the road at the Beverly Center, plenty of eateries and a 24 hour CVS Pharmacy on the corner. Thank you Sofitel. Highly recommend AAAAA*****

Service from the staff was all fantastic. Couldn't fault them. Room was nice and clean. We got upgraded because of my ALL status so that was nice, however the bed sunk in a little and my husband found the pillows uncomfortable. Hotel was nice a quiet. The personal care products in the bathroom were a really nice brand and nice to use. Location is great. Super close to the mall, cafes and restaurants.

Overall, this hotel was excellent. Rooms and bathroom were comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was very good and generally service was very good. I have to commend the valets. It was VERY rare that I didn't call down, immediately leave my room and make it to the lobby without my car waiting for me. They are extremely efficient! My one issue was that they wanted to charge me $10 for borrowing two wine glasses, so I could have a glass of wine in my room. Maybe it's me, but for the price of this hotel, this seemed very petty. Additionally, the restaurant and bar were closed one evening for a private party. Not an issue, but no notification was given, and we only found out when we went down for a drink. I have to say, these issues left a bit of a negative impression and don't inspire me to recommend this hotel to others.

I have loved staying at Sofitel. The location between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood is excellent. The rooms spacious, modern, comfortable and elegant. I have adored the room service, the restaurant, the pool, the gym. I wish to thank the staff: at the front desk (Jennifer, Blanca, and others), concierge like Nestor and Luis have been helpful indeed. And again the staff at the restaurant has been the sweetest. I’ll totally choose this hotel when back to LA.

Our stay at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills was a highlight of a recent trip to the US.||All the staff were exceptional, and nothing was a problem. Overall, the service was outstanding.||This hotel is in a great location - right across the road from the Beverly Centre shopping mall (Macy's, Bloomingdale's and a heap of speciality stores). Also across the road from the Beverly Connection shopping and dining precinct (Target, Marshalls, CVS, TJ Max etc.) There are also plenty of top-rated restaurants within walking distance. We walked around the area and it felt quite safe in comparison to some other areas in Los Angeles.||The fitness centre is fantastic - plenty of equipment even when there was 12+ people using the facility.||The reusable water bottles and refill stations on each floor are a fantastic idea and great environmentally friendly alternative to standard bottled water.||We stayed in a Hollywood Suite with a Hollywood Hills view and the size of the room was great for 2 adults and an 11 year old. King bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was also good. There was still plenty of room in the suite with the sofa bed being made up the whole time. The bathroom was huge and the separate shower and bath is a welcome inclusion.||This stay was exactly what we have come to expect of the Sofitel brand.

We had a lovely one night stay here.The Christmas decorations are gorgeous. Front desk was so nice. Our room was ready at 9:00am. The pool was a little cool for me, but my husband enjoyed it. We ate dinner at their restaurant on property. Roman was just so nice and so professional. The food was delicious. Went back to room, and received a bottle of champagne for my 60 th birthday. I can’t wait to stay here again.
