I used to be a strong defender and promoter of Sodalicious over competitors but they are sliding downhill, especially this location. Went this morning— unfriendly staff, old popcorn, stale & dry cookies, watered down drinks. Come on, you guys can save it! Do better!
Always love coming to Sodalicious! My drinks are always mixed the same & I never have a complaint about the way it tastes.
Honestly, whatever that awful the smell is that comes from near by the shop is so off putting, I will drive further south or go somewhere else for a soda and treat. It’s horrible. The white building also is facing the sun and it beats so brutally on the wall it is blinding. The employees couldn’t care less about their job or the customers their serving. The other locations are so much better.
This used to be my favorite drink shop, but their soda has gone downhill. It tastes disgusting; they obviously aren't cleaning whatever it is they need to clean. If you get a plain Diet Coke, it tastes like you got it from one of those dirty gas stations, completely inedible.
The new guy training was Fabulous. He's was happy, great people person. I told him so also tipped him for his Happy service. My drink was pretty good just a little weak on the flavors but I'll be back.
I come here at least once a week. My drink always tastes amazing and fresh. Prices are just right and it's always fast service. I would recommend to anyone. My favorite is the butter beer. If you haven't tried. I for sure would recommend! I also love all the names of the drinks makes it fun. U can customize your drink to your liking. It's awesome!
Went to the North Springville location on 11/20 at 11:00 and had the worst customer service. Ordered a raspberry lemonade that ended up just being water with raspberry flavor. Kindly let the employee know it wasn’t right and she was quite rude about it. She did remake the drink, but rolled her eyes at us as she shut the window.
There was a long line at the drive thru, but it moved pretty quickly, and when I got to the pickup window, it didn't take too long to get my order. Soda is good, I tried the Ging Juice and my boys had the Butterbrew. The cookies were great also--big
Best place to get ribbons, fabric, yarn, beads, and craft books. Such a hidden gem. I also love that they have a kids area where you can let your little ones play while you shop
