Socorro Ace Hardware - Hardware store in Socorro - 10600 N Loop Dr F, USA

I try to support smaller businesses like ACE but after last visit I had a reality check. Saw a sign with items on sale as I walked into store only to find out sign had expired, after being charged full price I pointed out sign to clerk and told me it was expired, even though a few days old, said he was too busy to take it down and would not honor sale price. Will be last time I go there, will drive extra miles to company that will stand by there mistakes. Have pic's will try and post.

Cant stand how none of the prices are ever correct at this place the shelf says one thing and when it is rung up shows another the people are nice but get to fixing prices

Gota say nicely stocked found what I needed which was kind of out of the ordinary wooden stakes like to slay Dracula to stake down my jumping ballon. The staff is very friendly and helpful nice.

I had the pleasure of working with Fabian today and his professionalism, knowledge, and his customer service was very incredible. I will drive out of my way to show at this store due to this great service.

Great place to buy hardware.

My husband goes to Ace Hardware often. He is so happy with the service. Places like Home Depot and Lowe's are more of a self serve and staff not available or unwilling to help. At Ace, you tell them what you need and they get it for you! No waiting or go on "such isle, you can't miss it" they say! It is so refreshing to get what you need in one stop!
