First time in and really hanging out in Old Town Scottsdale and after a small get together at Wine Girl I met up with my good friend for some drinks and he was here and let me just say first one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a while. Second the bartender very polite and attentive to detail that made it exclusive and sexy this gave me a new look to The OTS. Next, the food what quality you can taste, I love their Chef. I got the Beef and Cheddar Burger cooked medium well and Whoa…! I am a natural bird eater and every bird bit I took was just delicious. It came with some omgoodness fries seasoned to someone sneezing cause y’all know if you ain’t sneezing it ain’t seasoned and I loved it, they were crispy with that beauty bounce center and I love me some good fries y’all. Michael had some steady IPÀs off the tap Dragoon IPA, their House IPA which he loved, and then a San Tan Juicy Jack which is one of his regulars, since you know it’s a MUST to be responsible. For food he enjoyed raved in fact about the deliciousness and freshness of the ahi Tuna, the oh so yumminess of the fried fish taco, and authenticity of the chips and salsa, and y’all what a chill place to be in. We didn’t feel all judged and out of place. They had a nice secure clean restroom with the nicest open space seating for me to view as I stroll through from the bar. They offer outside dining which looks really nice at night. I say come be blown away, we were !!

The ambience was perfect, the tortilla chips, cheesy nachos, and chicken tacos were delicious. Watching UFC 294 with a lively crowd added an exciting touch. An unforgettable experience that blended great food, atmosphere, and entertainment!

The food wasn’t the best. My soup had no broth. Seemed watered down. Place is getting a little older look to it. It has potential for some improvement. I like the water misting and the music was great. Atmosphere was fun and laidback and comfortable.

went here specifically to use "pub pass" (pay for a booklet and participating bars\breweries you get a pint for a penny). after the fact when we went to pay after 2 beers and an appetizer, and told bartender we had the pub pass, she said that per the owners policy, only the 3 house beers on tap qualify for a penny... we've been to 12 other places on the pub pass and got any normal draft on tap, never had this come up. i feel ripped off because we literally only went here because of the Pub Pass and also paid a 4% credit card fee (unless you pay cash or debit to avoid the fee). the owners got what they wanted by participating in the pub pass in order to solicit new business, i did my part buy buying the pub pass and got mislead. yes there's some b.s fine print in all of the pub pass listings about "certain beers may be nit be included", but when you look at the pictures you'll see per the pub pass... "Certain beers may be excluded, but don't worry, each bar or brewery will have a great selection"

We went at 3pm on a Friday. The service and were terrible! We ordered the chips, salsa and guacamole. The guacamole never arrived. When we asked again for it, the waitress left, then came back and said they were out of guacamole. My hamburger, that had guacamole on it, was cold. The server said she would bring ketchup, but forgot and had to be reminded. The burrito my husband had ALSO had guacamole on it. I ordered the blackberry jalapeno margarita. It literally tasted like a juice box with no alcohol. Our server never asked if we wanted more alcohol. In a bar? You're not trying to sell alcohol? And she never once smiled. We were often left with empty glasses and plates on our table while dining. The inside only had two tables, us and a 10 top. The bar had 2 people sitting at it. The outside area had about 30 people. It was not busy. My husband and I are excellent tippers. We appreciate good service and will tip 25% or more. But our server was just so terrible I could barely bring myself to tip 15%. I get it. Everyone else in the place was under 35. We are in our 50s. Maybe next time she'll understand that mature people have the funds to tip generously. If you are the owner or manager reading this, please understand. Your business missed out on a hefty alcohol tab because your server wasn't interested in selling drinks, or increasing sales. She was simply taking orders and couldn't even get them right.

After being seated, we waited 25 minutes for someone to serve us but that’s only because we told the hostess. After our waitress took our order, we waited another 25 minutes for chips and salsa. That’s only because we reminded her. When my chicken and waffles arrived, they were so rubbery and cold, I had them return it. When my wife asked for a refill on sprite, the waitress came back 20 minutes later and said sorry for forgetting. The place might have been a little busy because of the game but we definitely were overlooked the whole 2 and a half hours we were there. Our waitress checked on us once and that was for the sprite she forgot.

Great GREAT service!!! Super nice and thoughtful people. Our waitress was even so nice as to take a couple of group photos of us. Food presentation was great, Food was Delicious. Clean restaurant. Will return, PeteSki

Social Tap is a sports bar in the Old Town area of Scottsdale with plenty of TVs to watch. They have a good sized menu of food and drinks, and prices aren't too bad. We reserved a table through their website for Super Bowl almost 3 weeks out and got confirmation, but received a text message a few days later saying it shouldn't have gone through and we had to go through an event planner. They canceled our reservation and had the event planner reach out via email. They said $100 minimum per person (no problem there sitting for 3+ hours watching a game with friends) but didn't send the form for deposit in the email. Then they wouldn't honor the time we booked (we're going to WM Open and wanted to come as the game started) and say they required us on premise at least 45 minutes early and we would forfeit the table if we showed up later than 4pm. Overall just a sloppy process, poor use of their systems, not great customer experience, and responses to a customer who's bringing 8 people with a minimum spend requirement could just be better. Probably not gonna go here in the future since there's tons of other sports bars in the area that treat customers a bit better and honor reservations.
