Took my laptop in for a screen repair. They got me going quickly and the laptop is good as new. Cost much less and easier to work with than a geek squad repair.

I took our laptop to Richard after reading all of the good reviews online. He had it fixed super fast and it’s perfect! It was a much better deal then We would have got anywhere else! I have an ASUS laptop and to make a long story short I allowed it to go into the safe mode and couldn't get out of it. I'm 71 years old and my computer knowledge is at the novice level. I'm new to PC gaming and needed help with getting sound output from my Tower to my T.V. I called and Not only was Richard nice enough to try and help me on the phone, I was able to set a house visit repair that day when nothing worked. (on a Saturday no less) Richard was quiet and friendly and walked me through what he was doing as he did it. He was also upfront with what he would charge, didn't make me feel dumb for my novice questions, and acknowledged my concerns because I was on a budget. I called several places I found on google. He was the first person that called me back, and he was quick and inexpensive and just over all friendly. I liked how he took my laptop apart in front of me and showed me why it broke and explained to me exactly how he was going to repair it. I'm really happy with the service, I highly recommend!
