My husband and two year old stayed in cottage 30. This place is very pricy! We stayed at this place In The specific cottage because of the double jacuzzi tub in the room and it didn't even work. The did give me $25 back when we checked out, but I don't feel it was worth it. If you like strong coffee bring your own. Also the paper cups the give in the room are flammable when put in the microwave. The blind don't work to block out the morning sun either, and there is no way to hang a blanket as the blinds are inside the door. I was also under the impression there was a grill right outside our room and there was not. We had to pay extra for a roll away bed for our baby, and when my husband sat down on it with the baby they fell on the ground because the bed was so old and just folded right up with them inside. We had a good laugh, thankfully the baby didnt get hurt. We had fun anyways, it was just different then what the website depicts. The Lake itself feels awesome! The staff was very friendly. Thanks for the hospitality.

Soap Lake RV Park is a very relaxing place to camp. There are maybe 20 rv spots and each spot has ample amount of space to camp out. We love how quiet the park is regardless of being next to the highway. I highly suggest booking spot #22 to get the most space out of your spot. When we pulled up to check in somebody was in our spot regardless of check out time being well before the time we pulled up however, camp management quickly responded to the site to get the people in it out and the manager was very friendly about it. Soap Lake has the essentials you would need too like a laundromat, groceries, coffee stands and some good places to eat. The lake is amazing to walk through. The mud feels like no other mud you’ve ever felt before. My wife had some gnarly bug bites on her feet and after spending some time in the lake one day, the next day they were gone! Highly recommend Soap Lake RV park and we cant wait to come back! 🙂

cute cabin-style rooms with big soaking tubs in most rooms that allow you to fill the bath with mineral water, and clean hot tubs in a community area. the lake itself and the lounge chair area is pretty to sit out on and enjoy, but you wouldn't go swimming- it's shallow and smells. it's definitely in the middle of nowhere but there are a couple of restaurants walking distance and I was glad I stopped there.

I discovered this place by reading about the most popular destinations in WA and OR, around 2 or 3 months ago. Immediately, I visited the website and booked a stay for the July 4th holiday. My first impression was absolutely amazing; it was love at first sight. The newly renovated cabin, gym, spa, and overall cleanliness impressed me. There were a few jacuzzis in different locations, great new gym equipment, chairs available at the beach, and a grassy area with egg swings and saunas (though some were not properly working). The cabin was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and all utensils and soft beds and clean beds! I especially loved the dual-faceted bathtub with regular and mineral water options—I indulged in soaking every day. The abundance of clean, crisp towels was wonderful. I enjoyed the lake and the mineral mud baths, although I did notice some trash left behind by others, which saddened me. I understand that maintaining cleanliness in a resort can be challenging, and suggest having someone walk the beach early in the morning to collect trash, especially glass bottles. I was delighted to find fine dining option nearby, particularly the Italian restaurant where I dined twice. The quality of food exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the organic bistro down the road was perfect for breakfasts, adding to the enjoyment of my trip. Highly recommending this place!

Nice campground. A little confusing coming into the camp as to whether we were at the right location. It was very windy the 2 days we stayed. Restrooms were clean. Beautiful area on the lake. Visitor center was next door but closed when we were there. Not much grass in area to walk pets. There were alot of sandsburs even on the gravel so it made it challenging for our dog.

BEWARE!! The staff steals your belongings. We stayed there 7/22-7/26 and we had two brand new paddle boards stolen by the staff. We asked to see camera but the manger said no the one camera facing the boards didn’t work but the rest cameras worked fine. Our neighbors also got stuff stolen right by there door. They are liars and thieves. Do not go there.

Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort is a perfect place to stay. I enjoy the quiet and solitude that I have while I am there. The lake is so beautiful I enjoy spending time in it and on the beach.

July 2024 Review -> Still love this place! We have now stayed 4 years in a row and have tried a different cabin each time. This year we stayed in Executive Suite and it was AMAZING!!! We had a leaky sink and we notified management but everything else was PERFECT with the room. The staff helped me resolve a booking error (due to hotel changing ownership) and they were very fair about it. We have every intention to return every year and we most definitely have noticed the improvements to the rooms / amenities :-) Older Review -> Good price for the room and accommodations. Friendly staff and the other guests were really nice. The room was a double queen and about as basic as can be, but not in a bad way. Very clean and welcoming. LOVE the private beach access and the provided towels. Beds were a bit over-firm for what I prefer but not too uncomfortable. Would like to see a more modern key entry system and better locks on the doors but I still felt safe here. Planning on returning but booking further in advance to try one of the beautiful cottages here. A side thank you to the gentleman and lady that gave my family the mud and taught us the difference between the sand/mud. We found more for ourselves based on your advice and we passed on our extra mud to someone else that didn't have their own ❤️
