Rooms are always clean; family owners are friendly, responsive, and proactive; great location.
This place is very clean. The staff is very helpful. the elderly owner checks in with us when we paid our next few days. Its not the Ritz, but it is clean. and the walls are thick, you are not going to hear your neighbors going at it. She, the owner, is picky about her guests. So there will be no loud parties at night. I would definitely come back. We stayed while our car was being fixed. We stayed about 6 days.
Grandma’s Fortress. An otherwise nice place with helpful managers and great value, but they need to respect their guests’ privacy better. They seem to watch through their surveillance cameras constantly. I was suffering from migraines, and they’d call our room without fail if I stayed in past early morning. Once, the otherwise friendly elderly manager let herself in the room while I was showering - she apparently called and then knocked, but we couldn’t hear it through the very sturdy brick walls. It’s so hard to tolerate that level of nosiness. Decent, law-abiding people don’t deserve to be treated like suspects just because they’ve hit the skids, or for just looking unusual. And a paying customer deserves more respect besides. If you’re a 700 Clubber, or otherwise white straight and ‘normal’ in the American tradition, you can probably stay a night or two perfectly comfortable. Otherwise, you may feel a bit hassled, at the very least. Despite being noticeably ‘outdated’ our room was kept very clean. The floor of the 60s-ish bathtub was hazardously slick - your mileage may vary, but we needed a shower mat for safety. The floors upstairs are hard as rock, which was a nice change of pace from creaky wood, though it takes getting used to and if you’re disabled or have toddlers it could be an issue. I really wish I could leave a kinder review. We liked this place a lot otherwise. I’m sure they just want to keep the place decent and watch out for the troublemakers who inevitably find their way to motels, but there has to be a more sophisticated way of handling it.
The Snug Inn Motel was the perfect place for us (5 stars for being just what we needed while on a road trip!). It is not fancy, freshly remodeled or packed with amenities. What it IS is family owned and run, clean, comfortable and very easy to access. Our room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The owners were kind and helpful when we asked questions, familiar with area restaurants and understanding of our needs. If you want a chic modern chain hotel-look elsewhere. If you want a small and simple place to relax and get a good night's sleep the Snug Inn Motel might be the place for you.
Nice, clean, simple, inexpensive place to sleep. Reasonable priced snacks and necessities in the lobby. Free coffee. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Room is spacious, nice big window. Bed is meh. Interior updates to carpet, walls. Other interior updates needed, but still functional and clean.
Room was clean, I have to give them that. The woman behind the counter gave me an attitude when I asked her about the advertised price on their website. She wasn’t polite. The bed was hard as a rock and the place is way outdated. The building did not seam secure as the back door, that was “locked “ could be unlocked with just about key, dime, screwdriver or even a well folded piece of paper. Like I said, the place was clean, but just felt like a dump .
Our family of four was just looking for a clean and cozy place to crash. We had a nice experience. Nothing fancy, but what we were looking for. We were given a friendly welcome and a good stay. One night cost us $72 including taxes. Would recommend.
You can't book this hotel online which will give you an advantage when hotels fill up for Packers' games. It's not fancy but it is clean and has been minimally renovated. My room didn't have a hair dryer but maybe I couldn't find it. It's cheap, clean, and overall was a good experience. Would recommend.
Our children have been training together at Sotoâs Martial Arts Academy for the last 4 years, and we couldnât be happier with the results! Mr. Soto and Mr. Lindenberg are excellent Karate instructors, but more than that, they take the time to t
This is an artisanal bakery and cafe located in the heart of downtown Appleton with the kind of educated and friendly baristas you would come to expect from a place that suggests care and passion in everything that they do. Both the savory and sweet
