We loved our stay here. It is easy to walk to anywhere on Main St where there are many shops and places to eat. |The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The views are incredible. It’s affordable and a great place to stay with friendly staff. We had an AC unit in the room, but we never ran it. We just used the fan and left the window open. It felt safe enough, and it kept us cool enough. |If you walk a couple blocks north on 6th St, you’ll come to a pedestrian bridge over a creek that connects to a path and park. You can go down to the creek and dip your feet, or you can enjoy the walk and playground equipment. It extends to 4th St. it’s just lovely. |So many people like to complain about little things and rate places lower. This place is wonderful, and if we get back to Frisco, we will stay there.

Stayed here 4 times now, every time is consistent. The whole team is outstanding, customer service and accommodations are great for what you pay, location is awesome! breakfast is enough to satisfy you, though nothing to really write home about. This trip we had to check in at almost midnight! Thankfully the staff were very friendly even after being woken up for an unusually late check in! Never gonna stop staying here that’s for sure!

Great location. Continental breakfast was some of the poorest ever served. Do not let them give you room 139 the stairs in the side of the adjacent building. Receptionist was short. Room clean but quite basic. Great location for the town haps.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Ohio from a visit to the Grand Canyon. We had left Williams, AZ at 4:30 a.m. Pacific time, so by the time we arrived here we were definitely exhausted.||Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were given a first-floor room with parking right outside the door. The views of the mountains from the motel were beautiful, and the motel itself is right in the midst of the action in Frisco. Perfect location near just about everything you could need. (Unfortunately, we were so tired we didn't get to enjoy any of the area!)||The room was clean, although just a tad outdated, but it was reminiscent of where I'd stay with my parents as a child on vacation. Earlier reviews said this motel did not have air conditioning, but our room had an in-room unit that worked beautifully. ||We were on the road extremely early the next morning so we didn't get to partake in any of their breakfast offerings. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more energy to explore Frisco next time.

Two-story walk up motel, clean and in good condition. Comfortable beds with good linens and towels, nice toiletries. There is only a window fan, no A/C. Refrigerator, microwave and Wifi worked fine. There is enough parking (one space per room). I was always able to get a space. Photos are accurate. I had an upstairs room (#37) with two beds. Room is reasonably sized and well-equipped. ||My main issue was the service due to limited office and breakfast hours (7am -10pm). I asked if I could get a banana for breakfast when I checked in, since I needed to leave before 7am for four of my five mornings and the receptionist pretty much shut me down (I did manage to get one packet of oatmeal for one morning). She also shut me down from making a cup of Keurig coffee when I first checked in, but I was able to make a cup on subsequent afternoons. The room coffee setup is a Mr Coffee machine. It was pretty bad, and they do not replenish the coffee packets unless you ask. I wound up boiling water in the microwave and using some freeze-dried coffee I had with me, then having coffee at the conference (thank goodness!)||The location is good if you want to walk up and down the Main Street drag in Frisco, and if you have a vehicle there are several grocery stores and bakeries nearby (to buy breakfast etc if you can't be there for the included one).

An older motel but well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The motel is located downtown so it's perfectly located. Not for those looking for upscale, but comfortable and handy to dining and shopping.

I have mixed feelings about posting this review but I just feel frustrated. The location is the only selling point of this motel. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, I, to some extent, knew what I was getting into, but we ended up only staying one night because the beds were the worst beds I've ever slept on. We got a large suite because we were with our kid and wanted the extra room. The mattresses might as well have been stones and the pillows were filled with cheap uncomfortable filler. It was probably the worst nights sleep I've ever had. I dreaded sleeping there again so we just didn't. We ended up moving hotels and changing plans just so we didn't have to sleep on the beds again. There also is no central AC and visiting in July made this room hot and uncomfortable. There is a portable unit in the bedroom but that's it. We couldn't get the rooms under about 75° so not only were we uncomfortable but hot. The comforter was thin and just okay. The rest of the room was fine. Outdated, but I knew that from the pictures. For a similar price we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel in the same area. The breakfast was barely passable as continental. We checked out two nights early because we couldn't imagine another night of not sleeping so we essentially double paid for two nights. If you were going with a large group to split the cost it might be worth it (room could sleep multiple couples & kids) but it just wasn't for a family of 3. I would have rather spent another $50/night and stayed at a luxury hotel in Breckinridge. On top of all of this, I left a note with the front desk with all of my contact information and a note explaining why we checked out and the complaints with the girl at the front desk (who was super sweet and apologetic) and said she would inquire about a refund for the two nights but management never reached out, however I did see we were refunded for one night so I guess that's something. Overall just frustrated and disappointed. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was just awful.

We stayed here for one night, and then returned a few nights' later to spend our last four nights before returning to the UK. A great find - right in the middle of Frisco Centre. Staff were friendly, room was adequate, and breakfast was good and plentiful. Frisco is a wonderful town to visit and we found plenty to visit and keep us occupied during our stay.

Love this resort. I like to go early to get parking in the alpine lot. On the weekend traffic backs up from the exit onto the highway starting at 8:00-8:30. It is slow rolling funneling into the parking lots. So either get there early or expect traff
