This hotel was very clean and nice. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and contrary, to most hotels, everything was brightly lit. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was always good. My one chief complaint, because it’s a big one, is the temperature range in the room. To me 68 is way too hot to sleep. I definitely struggled at night so unfortunately as much as I like the hotel, I would not stay here again. Thanks to the front desk staff for being pleasant and accommodating an early check-in. 😀
I stayed for business, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the noise isolation was pretty good. The breakfast was free and pretty typical hotel breakfast but it was hot and the eating area was clean and they had decent coffee. Parking is plentiful and free. The front desk guy at checkout was cheerful but not disingenuously so, which was nice. Next time I'm in the area I'll stay here again.
This hotel is out of the main town but very close to lots of shops and places to eat & drink. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are large with everything you need in there. The breakfast was typical for hotels like this, pastries, waffles, cereals, eggs, sausage etc. Everything was kept fresh are replenished regularly. I was nice to have hot drinks available in reception at anytime. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We came across a nice little brewery right behind the hotel, No Boat Brewery. Nice close place to get a good beer.
Bolla is the best! He went above and beyond to help out me and my family(dog included) in need. After our flight was late and we couldn't travel anymore he got us a room. Me and my family couldn't be more thankful, the hotel is amazing and well worth it! Thank you Bolla!
Very easy access. This place is very new. The hallways are very large. The place was decorated nicely for Christmas. Staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, it also was a handicap room so that could have been why.
The atmosphere here is like that of an expensive hotel in a big city yet the price is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast was good too, v just make sure you spray the heck out of the waffle machine with Pam before you batter it.
Only downside is you have to book a suite to get a microwave in your room. Other than that the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed in. I work on the road so all across the US and this has been my favorite. Breakfast is ready early in the morning and bola has by far been the best front desk manager I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Hate Seattle but love this hotel.
After a long day of travel, I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked into the lobby. Bolla checked me in quickly and answered all my questions. I received great customer service.
