The food here is so flavorful and they have so many options that are not your typical breakfast. You can however get a basic breakfast with eggs, choice of meat, etc if that’s what you want. I enjoy coming here because it also gives me ideas of what I can make at home. I didn’t give 5 stars for food because this is the second time that their coffee has been lukewarm. I ordered my matcha latte asking for it to be hot specifically and my husband laughed. But when his regular coffee came out it was lukewarm and asked for it to be warmed up. I will make a point to let their manager know at this location that the coffee drinks are not hot. I will say service has always been excellent and Luke was our server this time. He was also training Katie, new server. I can tell that there is good hiring and training because everyone has fantastic hospitality! We had a gift certificate that we received as a holiday gift so we know another person that loves snooze.

Snooze an AM Eatery remains one of our top brunch spots, whether we’re in San Diego or OC. The quality is consistent across locations. Every visit is a culinary treat. Highly recommend!

I love this place for brunch. I ordered eggs Benedict with pork belly to share with my daughter then ordered some pancakes to share amongstthe table. So delicious food.

10/11/2023 Oh my! Simply the best breakfast in the OC. My wife and I went to Snooze Eatery in Laguna Niguel this morning, and it was so good. The vibe was quite positive and bright. Jadyn was our terrific server and provided attentive, quality service. My wife had the 3 egg omelet with hash browns and a cappuccino, and I had the three egg omelet with chicken sausage, spinach, avocado, cheese and sliced tomatoes. It was an enjoyable time at a wonderful place. Highly recommended. 7/18/2023 Oh my! So good.... I stopped by snooze Cafe after my dentist appointment for a nice breakfast. Meg, "The Scallion" was my amazing server with assistance from other staff, and what a great dining experience. I ordered an omelet with ham, sausage, avocado, and sour cream with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The food was amazing, and so was the service. I enjoyed a black coffee and a mimosa and had a shot of jalapeño tequilla shot. This place has such a positive vibe and coolness to it!!! Highly recommended! 4/5/2023 Forget about the rootie, tootie, fresh and fruity as Snooze A.M. Eatery is the place to eat breakfast or brunch. We stopped in today and sat at the bar and were greeted by Meg, our awesome barista and server extraordinare. Meg took our drink order and made a very tasty and perfect Bloody Mary for each of us, so good! I also had a cup of Java and simply perfect. We then each ordered make your own omelet entrees, and the food was prepared to perfection. The eggs were good quality, as were all of the ingredients, including the hash brown side and toast with a house made jam. The restaurant has a cool vibe, is very clean, and all of the staff are awesome, pleasant, and professional. Meg was so nice, professional, and personable! Thanks so much, and we highly recommend this fine establishment. Previous visit Signed up for the wait list and arrived but a mix up with the hostess delayed our seating but other than that issue this was a wonderful place with amazing food, service and people. My wife and I started with drinks and their Bloody Mary was fantastic. The coffee and cappuccino was also superb. We met our server Rhiannon just like the Fleetwood Mac song but just a shade better, what a sweetheart. Excellent Service.!! We both ordered custom 3 egg omelets with hash browns and choice of bread and what a great presentation and tasty dishes to boot. The place has a positive vibe and being our first time visiting we were treated to a special pancake that was out of this world. When leaving the manager even stopped me along with another patron who stopped a guy who apparently hit the bumper of my truck and was driving away. They took his license plate number and had him detained until I came out. I inspected my truck and thankfully there was no damage as I think he just lost some paint on my Ford built tuff bumper haha. Highly recommended as this place is a 10! I wish they took reservations yet the wait list is available on Yelp so give them a try. They have a full bar as well.

Tortilla eggs rancheros not bad a bit cold upon arrival for my taste. Flavors a bit bland but overall pretty good for a simple breakfast. Burrito tasted like salsa from a can. Great service and love the atmosphere and checkout.

My waiter Shawn with his welcoming, authentic, sweet, energetic demeanor made me feel at home. It's Halloween month so the staff gets dressed up. One of them was kind enough to take a selfie with me. The food is just above and beyond. The young lady with the glasses appears to be the manager. She speaks to her staff so respectfully and the place is a symphony with her as the conductor.

Atmosphere and service was great but unfortunately the veggie omelette, chicken sausage, and hashbrowns were either burnt or tasted off. Coffee was good 👍. Not worth the 30 dollar price just for me.

Wait staff was so nice. We were outside and our server was able to snag us an inside table on a rainy day. Bacon flight is alot of delicious fun if you like bacon. Had the crab benedict and would recommend. Had a coffee cocktail that hit the spot. Pancake flight was tasty and worth sharing. Food was delicious and atmosphere is cool. Always a fun place for breakfast or brunch.
